  1. It has always been the case you can change a rider on a like for like basis as long as the new rider has a lower average than the rider he is replacing.
  2. Maybe that is true it was just to get his average and was quite surprised he beat Bewley in heat 14, he showed no interest after the first bend in his other rides in which he rode rather than raced. If KK can produce the form he has in Poland since his return from injury and we can get someone to replace Klindt which at the moment looks a difficult task, as i have said before should have kept Newman and replaced Klindt with Starke but that's gone now so maybe Sedgeman?
  3. He can be replaced on a like for like basis doesn't have to be injured.
  4. not bad assessment Bewley rode well, Klindt appalling. Klindt must go.
  5. The most important rider tonight for Poole has to be Paul Starke, bound to get at least 6 maybe 7 if Klindt comeback backfires. I hope Klindt performs as we know he can but coming back after a lay off is always tricky especially when your riding with the injury. If Klindt withdraws after a couple of rides we are in trouble and will most likely lose. Bewley could be the key for Belle Vue, a rider improving all the time, a great future awaits for him.
  6. You said that when we rode against Wolves and we needed a 5-1 in heat 15 for that win! Well Cook is as good as anyone at Poole these days, Fricke is a decent rider and a lot have said he will be a gp rider but I have my doubts personally but he always seems to struggle at Poole.
  7. I dont think you will win at Poole gating boots on or not.
  8. If he had come over this season he would be on about the same as Chris Holders starting average this season but since they reduced to 42 point team average i would have thought a re-assessment of his average
  9. Yeah forgot that but he wouldnt be number one when KK comes back
  10. Really looking forward to this should be a cracker and great for tv. Whatever some have said i think both teams will be up for this one and although we have a vunerable number one the rest are riding pretty well, hoping Klindt comes back and has a good one, Starke should have a good night at reserve.
  11. Pretty much universally liked i would say, never heard anyone say a bad word about him.
  12. So what average would Janowski be if he came back, a calculated reduction or a re assessed average
  13. Fantastic gp win for Magic tonight, lovely guy top rider. Just wish he was back at Poole.
  14. Well you have highlighted of the stupidity of the original comment, Doyle was pretty much always injured or coming back from injury at Poole, he developed in to a much better rider after Poole but many riders improve when switching clubs, just natural development not that the previous club was holding them back or the new club is fantastic. Some riders develop later than others.
  15. And you think Doyle wouldn't have progressed if he had stayed at Poole!!
  16. KK paid 11 tonight so that sounds better.
  17. He withdrew from tonights meeting after three rides.
  18. Yes we could have kept him and had Starke replacing the injured Klindt.
  19. Newman unbeaten by an opponent at Ipswich after 4 rides! Agree with Gavan we should beat Belle Vue but not by as much as he seems to think.
  20. Can't see many season ticket holders happy about that! Perhaps Zengota can catch a cold at the weekend!
  21. Sedgeman certainly doesn't have his ear to the ground or I doubt he would have bothered winning heat 14 last night.
