  1. Oh didn't realise that, i thought the whole point of GRW123's argument was that their was not a replacement option because he was saying it cost Leicester the win.
  2. All riders should know the rules, it is their job to know and it is up to the ref to enforce them.
  3. Just can't see it being close myself not with Holder, Lambert and Batchelor in town unless of course you have some daft riders who don't know the rules!!
  4. The problem it seems is not the rule is daft as it came in for good reasons but it is not open to interpretation which some would say is a good thing, the other problem is an exclusion seems harsh and possibly should be modified to a 15 metre handicap. The fact still remains the riders should know the rules and you only have to be on the track within two minutes so what is the panic to round the end of the tapes. This is not the reason why fans don't go anymore in my opinion. Riss got excluded because he broke the rule as should be the case with any rule. Wolves were not handed the meeting because of this exclusion they were handed the meeting because of an inept team manager.
  5. Nothing wrong with Tom Perry as a name, his name is not the problem, it is his ability on a bike that is the problem!!
  6. Not when they both fall independently or not under power.
  7. Praise from Starman for a track outside Poole shocking! Trouble with some riders is they have a mental block when it comes to some tracks.
  8. i think Newman is well capable of getting 8 at Wolves, he usually goes very well there.
  9. With two full teams announced should be two cracking meetings with Poole just coming out on top hopefully!
  10. You could say that about most rules, a lot of rules are open to interpretation which the referee has to adjudicate on. What about when two riders fall off from the same team in the same race your left with the farce of two riders doing 4 laps with no competition.
  11. So not only is their manager stupid so is Riss, the riders should know the rules!
  12. No Leicester lost because their manager is stupid.
  13. Missing Newman didn't help us at Monmore along with KK, Brady and Jack not exactly on fire!! We will be better next time.
  14. What has klindt got to do with this Wolves team? He never was going to sign for Wolves i thought that was clear to most people!
  15. I think this could be very close Leicester reserves should clean up Nillson and Danny King should be good at Monmore although Kacper, Riss and Auty maybe not so good but with Bates at reserves should make it very close.
  16. Greaves may be out of his depth but Clegg should be better than he is currently scoring, i don't know what is wrong but he is well below his usual standard.
  17. Didnt think they were that bad Monmore KK obviously but expected at Monmore Hans was ok, Brady and Jack wernt great but Jack unlucky to get excluded and Brady got took very wide by Lindgren so all in all not too bad.
  18. Well he rode well at Wolves although it is a track he has ridden before but he will give it his best wherever he rides and we had very low expectations so all we can say right now is it's a good start.
  19. There are pros and cons to this one, our reserves are in form and the whole team have a couple of meetings under their belt even Kerr has had a couple although the last one didn't end so well! Plus for the away leg we have riders who like big tracks especially KK. Belle Vue on the other hand have a good team but could struggle at reserve a lot depends on how Bewley goes.
  20. Considering most Poole fans would be happy with 2 -3 points a meeting from young James he scored about six meetings worth of points last night! Not getting carried away tougher challenges to come but he certainly has a lot of promise and he's a Brit!
  21. I would have thought using that criteria Jan Graversen would a better number 7 than Clegg
  22. Shanes on shield form is much better than Clegg so Clegg wouldn't be the best number 7 and i expect there will be others. You are once again failing to realise that Klindt, Harris, Nicholls etc were not available to Wolves to sign. Klindt has put his thoughts in the local paper which is available on line which he says he was disappointed not to be used by Wolves since 2012 when he needed a team place so when they called this season he opted to bide his time to see what other offers he got and when Wolves called three weeks later he had already signed for Poole. It seems he would only sign for Wolves if he had no other offers and knowing his average there were always going to be other offers. However in my opinion Wolves will improve and be play off contenders, it is very early days to make sweeping judgements.
  23. Well i think the Wolves team isn't bad Skornicki will improve as will Masters, thought Howarth rode well monday Thorsell looked amazing monday but not so good tonight but overall a decent top 5 but the reserves are terrible even at home they were awful. Well he passed Clegg off 15 metres! and monday did the same. ok Clegg is awful but a pass is a pass
