  1. And you wonder why every is about Poole, you clearly bring upon yourselves!!
  2. We will be there no worries on that score but winning the play offs is a different matter Put it like this then Poole will be in the play offs and KK will not be found wanting.
  3. Are you saying this team wont make the play offs!!
  4. Disagree much rather have KK, Lindgren average tells you Lindgren is hardly any better than Hans Andersen let alone KK. I know what many have said about his attitude but i believe we won't see that next season, Holder had a few bad meetings last season, most riders do but you can be sure KK won't be found wanting in the important meetings like the play offs.
  5. That could have been bike issues rather than couldnt be bothered issues on that particular day. Ok but last season at Kings Lynn KK's first meeting got a max and second meeting got 11 beating Iversen in heat 15, Holder last season got max in the second meeting when Kings Lynn had Danny King guesting for Iversen and got 5 in the first meeting not winning a race. Also when KK guested for Poole at home he got a max. Obviously his average tells you that he didnt do that all the time he had some bad ones but they were probably at Wolves where he is notoriously bad but Holder hates the Wolves track too. I think he did have a bad one at Poole once when riding for Coventry but had a bad crash in that meeting so understandable.
  6. I have every confidence KK will produce the goods next season and there is no other rider on his average or below that i would want, all clubs have their favourites and he has always been a favourite at Poole. Personally i have never seen him disinterested riding for Poole, he will get many maximum scores next season
  7. well i kind of thought that may be the case but didn't want anyone thinking i could actually ride a speedway bike.
  8. People in the the past have moaned about his form for other teams but really there are very few times this has happened and Poole fans generally would say he has never let us down even when guesting. KK is a fantastic rider who had a very poor GP season a couple of years ago which has taken time to recover from but he rode better last season and back at Poole where he has always been highly thought of i am sure he will have a great season.
  9. No I mean't Skornicki having ridden for Poole but i did meet him as a fan in the bar after winning the final and he is a really nice guy and gave everything every race which as fans is all you can ask. Personally i have never ridden a speedway bike.
  10. Im sure they can come up with better than that!
  11. Having ridden for Poole i have a lot of time for Skornicki as a person and as a rider and he must know that he cant trundle round and expect to stay in the team so i am sure he will ride at least well enough to maintain his average. The problem for this team is Howarth and the reserves, Poole wrongly got some stick for sacking him once when he was out of form and i think some think there is more to come from him but not sure there is and doubt he will maintain his average.
  12. I dont think Skornicki will be the problem, to me the issue is reserves and Howarth, maybe should have got a lower average rider in place of Howarth to get a better reserve.
  13. But Manzares isn't good enough. They haven't got Klindt because he decided to ride elsewhere not Wolves fault. Why don't you tell us who you would want without a Klindt option.
  14. Are you a politician? You haven't answered the question!! You have only said who you don't want if Klindt is an option, no point going on about a rider you can't have. Skornicki on the average his is coming in on could be a bargain.
  15. If Wenger is the best in the league why isnt he top? When was the last time he won the league? Wolves have a weakness at reserve but Howarth and Skornicki should be ok in this weaker league
  16. Sounds like he wanted riders that are riding elsewhere which is the riders choice. No idea why he would want Manzares! I think this Wolves team is at least good enough to make the play offs.
  17. He is entitled ro post wherever he likes
  18. But Klindt decided to go elsewhere so Wolves couldn't sign him but the post suggests that there is more than one that should have been signed.
  19. Yes i remember that too but when the tac ride worked i thought we had a good chance of winning but out comes Adams and Ricko to spoil the fun. Strange atmosphere too as some Kings Lynn fans wanted us to win and Peterborough fans were worried Kings Lynn would throw the meeting to deny Peterborough winning the title. The point is why isn't Kings Lynn the track it once was? I am no track expert so i wondered if someone on here with expert knowledge would know.
  20. My opinion is that Saddlebow Road changed when it was in the PL, used to see a lot of great meetings there. Went to see Poole there in the final meeting when Peterborough won the league in 1999, Mark Loram from the back on a 15 metre double tac was the highlight and watching Adams and Rickardsson awesome although they were riding for Kings Lynn then. It was a great track then and regarded by many as the best racetrack in the country. I have still seen some great races there in more recent times especially in the world cup but overall the racing isn't as good as it was and it is a mystery to me why that is. Is it machinery they use these days or has the shape of the track changed?
  21. That's nice making fun of someone's illness. Yeah but that is only being said by one poster who in his own words said he doesn't come on here to be popular!!
  22. Yes fingers crossed, it is unthinkable that the best speedway track in the country will not run but Coventry is more in doubt but hopefully we will have good news soon.
