And apparently he doesn't come on here to be popular!! Now that is funny! One things for sure there is no beard on his cheek, he would have to be much older for that to happen!!
-
That is because to him Poole is the best racetrack in the country. We all love our home track as i do but it is like a Spurs fan claiming White Hart Lane is better than Wembley. Belle Vue is clearly the best track in the country as anyone who has been there will know. On the subject of Newman, i think he had an indifferent season and only showed what he is capable of in the play offs, if he can improve his consistency then his average will go up, i believe he should be able to put a point on his average if he can reproduce his play off form on a more regular basis.

But that's enough to form a opinion that it's a gater's track!! -
Miedzinski was signed knowing we wouldn't have him for the whole season, everyone knew it, it was not Poole's decision to let him go but we knew he would improve his average massively so not a gamble but he wasn't dumped by Poole for a better rider because it was not Poole's choice. Can't see that happening too much next season with the rider averages dropping and the team limit dropping to 42, there will be very few options available and it would have to be on a like for like basis. So if for instance KIindt gets to a 7 point average who do you get in on that average? Matt Ford has already said the reasons for choosing Brady over Kacper is financial and the whole reason for these changes is cost cutting so even if he achieved above Gomolski's average would it be a viable change considering the extra costs involved. I know everyone thinks Matt Ford operates cheque book speedway but it isn't a bottomless pit.

So your judgement is based on two meetings!! Probably Poole were doing the passing!!. Either that or you were very unlucky and went to the worst meeting of the season. -
Why would we dump a rider who is doing well enough to improve his average, there is no guarrantee Klindt will overtake Newman in the averages at all or that as soon a Klindt improves his average he will be dumped. I think your hatred of Poole is clouding your judgement.

The zero score after Kylmo got sacked distorts the averages, Don't think i mentioned rolling averages. To get a true reflection you have to look at home and away against Poole and Belle Vue meetings when Joonas was riding and compare to what Woffy scored and there isn't much in it.
-
why 15 matches v 10 matches sounds like your distorting the figures to suit your argument added to the fact that Kylmo got zero after he was sacked.
-
Wasn't just Andersen, Brady,Tungate and Lindback all massive let downs. It isn't going to change the result. t the end of the day Woffy was signed legitimately and Wolves won. I don't think it made much difference personally.
-
Somerset could have!!
-
With the team we had in the semi, Kylmo or Woffy you can hardly say the result would have been different. Maybe final could have been different especially as Woffy lent P.K his bike in a crucial race.

Your wrong there, very few meetings are gate and go at Poole, most meetings have plenty of passing. -
Not sure woffinden made that much difference, didn't pull up any trees on his home track.
-
Jack can handle the pressure no worries about that, if he isn't Panthers number one by the end of april i will be very surprised.
-
I appreciate the reasons and Matt ford obviously feels there is a lot more to come from Brady but i also feel although not a club asset Adam Ellis wasn't given too much consideration either and he has at least as much potential for improvement.
-
When has speedway ever looked long term, Brady is a good rider and possibly a no brainer on his PL average, if he had a converted EL average i doubt he would be in the team. I think Jack Holder has far more potential and could go all the way in the sport. I have seen him a few times and some of his overtakes are breathtaking. I think he is a more exciting rider than Brady. As for calling them the new turbo twins, i think that is ridiculous.
-
Never saw that coming. Hope he rides better than he did in the play offs at Wolves. Would have preferred Gomolski personally.

The second highest away average is Nicholls and he is meant to be in decline! -

I think Hans will have a better season than the last one, he had some really bad meetings last season although i appreciate he isn't the rider he once was, i believe he is better than what he showed last season. Scotty will be ata home track more suited to his skills and could have a great season. -

Theoretically Lambert should improve which as British speedway fans we should all hope he does. He wasn't too good at Poole last season but time will tell, he certainly has a lot of potential. -

Lambert is good at home but not good away except at Belle Vue. -
Obviously not talking about me then as i have said Wolves have a good team that will challenge for the title.
-
Yes i agree both have a dislike for the Wolves track but KK is good at most other tracks and will get maximums at Poole so more than happy to have him back.
-
Blimey councillor's arn't usually praised but Mr Stokes deserves huge gratitude from speedway fans everywhere and especially Coventry ones. A very large christmas box should be forthcoming.

Saying you wouldn't be surprised if Schlein signs isn't the same as saying he is a certainty to sign, i tell you the truth! He is the one nobody wants!
