  1. He only xcored 6 in the last gp dont think he is sulking. Maybe he is doing a Zagar and getting his average down for next year unless Zagar is sulking too!
  2. Newman will be fine he would ride with a broken leg for Poole! Bjarne will find the heat leader spot a bit more difficult but Bucko at second string is a bonus.
  3. Your funny, you think 6 from 5 rides in his last gp is is good!! It's his recent form that has dropped, he scored paid 13 at Kings Lynn riding with Tai. As for guesting for Kings Lynn, Belle Vue must have been testing engines that day!
  4. Leave Bjarne alone he will be fine, rides Monmore very well as does Ellis who will be at reserve.
  5. Don't think Nicholls would have learn't anything he doesn't already know, he needs more practice at his own track!
  6. I think this may be close if Lakeside ride as a team like last night, they certainly have riders who ride their track very well but over two legs you have to fancy Belle Vue.
  7. Yes he was poor at Belle Vue but he has been good since so dont know why that was. Nothing to do with Tai, Lindgren form has dropped generally and PK was poor at Wolves against Poole too. Is he sulking too?
  8. At least we won't be subject to the moaning about how Bjarne can be a reserve now he is a heat leader. I think this will help us with Ellis going well now.
  9. Well yes i thought they had the riders to get a point. I went to Wolverhampton and our riders performed well so i think we are capable of keeping it close, the times i have seen Woffy there he doesn't seem too comfortable on the track and may not be too happy with the Poole track either hopefully!
  10. Not sure we need a massive lead but the more the merrier. We only lost by 6 last time and Klindt got zero, we also has r/r for Holder although i know its not his favourite track but he has had decent meetings there before and i remember Antonio going well there, on the down side last time woffy only had a couple of rides then withdrew so that won't happen again but overall i think we will be ok.
  11. I think the name at the bottom of the picture gives it away!! Dak's dad is still in a bad way which is why he didn't go back to Swindon this season so i think his injury is a bit worse.
  12. Wasn't asked to be re-assessed, like Wolves didn't ask Tai's to be re-assessed.
  13. I think that was a freak result!! He wouldn't of beaten Sowka on a moped the other night!
  14. Yes true but he was so bad at Kings Lynn he even finished behind Wilko once.
  15. I don't i think you will get a point, with A.J maybe not without him a good possibility. A.J is an enormous miss for Lakeside and if Kerr rides like he did at Kings Lynn then he shouldn't trouble Swindon much
  16. Of course he is devious he is a antiques dealer, i hope he's not offended by me announcing that to the world!!
  17. Nice of Hans to give Antonio his equipment, Van, tools etc helping as much as he can and wishing the pirates well, might even see him cheering us on.
  18. Lindback's last average was 4.15 at Belle Vue!
  19. As a Poole fan i am obviously happy that we have signed Lindback although the average he comes in on does seem low but if you take in to consideration his average while at Belle Vue maybe not. He is a favourite rider of mine from his previous time at Poole and always liked the guy and felt sorry for him when he had problems and was almost lost to the sport, his Cardiff win only made me like him more as i won a lot of money that day! The trouble i find on this forum is that all posters from the same team get tarred with the same brush, some Poole fans may have questioned why Woffinden wasn't re-assessed to a 8 point average considering he is world champion but not me if that was the figure he comes in on then fair play to Wolves, they are hardly likely to ask for it to be re-assessed!
  20. Weather may not be too bad after all looks like the heavy stuff should be through by lunchtime with only light rain in the afternoon.
  21. Oh that is a shame for him but obviously made the right decision in resigning.
  22. I am sure Swindon are more than capable of getting a point. According to the forecast rain should stop in time to give Lakeside a chance of sorting the track. I went once when there was a downpour mid meeting so it seems to have good drainage
