  1. Trouble is Steve nobody believes us when we say he will be missed and could cost us the meeting, he is a vital cog and riding very well at the moment, added to the fact that a lot of teams are riding monday and guests could be difficult to get.
  2. Yes i too seem to remember he had a very good season at Poole as well and everyone knows he dropped his average to ride for us as so many do. The lure of riding for Middlo must be so strong even other teams assets are so keen to ride for him they drop their average to make sure.
  3. So your saying a Wolves asset deliberately lowered his average to ride for Poole!!!
  4. Skornicki was terrific for Poole, great personality and a nice guy. Say what you like about Middlo but he will always be loved at Poole,is liked and respected by a lot of riders.
  5. I thought that was a strange remark, loved Skornicki when he rode for Poole though always gave everything great signing for us.
  6. Totally agree this year is going to be tough for Brady and doubling up is the right thing to do at this stage in his career. He will prove to be a top rider in time.
  7. As i said before the season started Brady should have had another year in the PL. He should have doubled up to start with or stayed PL full time, he isn't ready for full time EL yet.
  8. To be fair Nicholls was very good value and i hope he maintains his form because we would have a chance in the world cup if he did especially when he and Cook will have home advantage.
  9. Of course as Poole fans we are disappointed that our team isn't performing well and Chris Holder isn't at his best for us but sacking him is way over the top. We need to get behind him and support him, he will come good and as long as we get in to the play offs he will show his best i am sure. A rider that i was unsure about before the season started and i still am is Brady Kurtz, i still think we would be better off with Kasper Gomolski.
  10. Why wasn't he allowed to do what he wanted to do? I thought they ripped the track up not that long ago to sort it out.
  11. No i don't blame him. No hole at all, the heat leader list isn't based purely on averages is it.
  12. I think Holders problem is he doesnt want to go all out when the track is not to his liking and risk injury. I said Buckowski would be a big miss and he was, he wouldnt have moaned about the track just got on with it.
  13. Well done to Belle Vue on a superb win. Track was awful but same for both teams. Bjarne and Hans rode well but no one else from the home side. Belle Vue rode the track well and if Scotty rides like that in the world cup we may have a chance.
  14. Yes i got it and Watt should not have been on the heat leader list. it was discussed on here prior to the season starting and i don't think i was the only one to have that view Your right time will tell just my opinion.
  15. On good form and best available doesn't mean he will score what Buckowski would.
  16. Buckowski will end up on a higher average than Kylmakorpi and will prove to be better over the EL season.
  17. Dont think Poole fans said he shouldnt be on the heat leader list but Watt shouldnt have been, so both were wrong.
  18. You are talking rubbish, would Kylmakorpi get in the Polish world cup team if he was polish, of course not, Kylmakorpi is barely better than second string buckowski is a top rider and has already put half a point on his average.Whatever Joonas scores scores tonight will be less than Buckowski would have got, of course Kylmo is better on a tight track.
  19. You are joking Buckowski is a much better rider than Kylmakorpi, Kylmakorpi is a gater, when he doesn't gate he struggles to score, Buckowski is a racer who wins races from the back if needed, would get 10-12 easily tonight will Kylmo? He isn't a number one he is second in Wolves averages. Add the fact that when Wolves came to Wimborne Road Buckowski passed both Wolves riders in oneof his races and one of those was Kylmakorpi.
  20. Ah but it could be lighter rain but more often meaning maybe more meetings rained off in Manchester.
  21. Shame Bucko is injured, has been terrific, Kylmakorpi a poor replacement so an upset could be on the cards.
