Schramm is unlikely to raise his average (much as I love watching him). Rose is a totally unknown quantitiy. I also suspect Robbo and Henry will lose a few tenths. It's a good team but not a league/playoff winning one.
Best outside line man at Brough was James Grieves in his pomp. Pulled off some moves that were almost beyond belief. As a 4th bend spectator I was privileged to witness most of these through my fingers
Rene was pretty darn good before his injury too.
I'll be there every week I can. I miss too many due to work to get a season ticket but I do pay for the car park every week and buy stuff in the club shop. I can't afford to sponsor the Diamonds but I don't mind paying full whack for stuff if I think it is going towards keeping the club going.
I've had too many speedway-less years at Brough Park to take it for granted. I'm looking forward to March already.
The issue to begin with will be away. At home, Rosen, Robson and Lindgren can all ride like a genuine #1. But away from home Rosen will still e visiting many tracks for the first time.
I expect similar to last year though. Strong at home and no hidings away.
I reckon Ludvig could be a genuine #1 this year.
Only concern is the two 'experienced' guys coming back from injury but they've both done it before.
Looking forward to seeing Lewis R. Listen to Robbo young man and learn.
