  1. He isn't riding now. So he has no excuse. Poole should get no facility if he can't now make it. The ONLY reason he couldn't originally make it was because he was riding. And now he isn't. No excuses.
  2. He isn't. NL clubs aren't allowed to own assets. No excuse for KK riding for Poole now then. I expect he will be on his way to ride for Poole on an early flight. Assuming he cares enough.
  3. No I'm not. If we can fit Howe in at number 6 once new averages and team averages come in then that's enough for me. Clegg can move to number 7 for an easier time as second reserve. If not then it's Adam and the reserves that need changing. Adam would be the unlucky one as he has done OK in the most.
  4. However it is really! We gain in reserve I agree. However I worry that Schlein is on a downward trend and it would be an impossible replacement for Jacob.
  5. Agreed, he seems fit and fired up. No doubt it would suit him to be at Leicester however I hope his parent club come calling and he can slot in at reserve for wolves.
  6. correct, he is. any top flight should be interested in signing him. Huge talent. It will be wherever is right for the lad.
  7. Ash for Greaves would be a no brainer but I wouldn't rush into any move until the averages and point limit changes as we need to maximise whatever points we have to replace Greaves to make us as strong as possible.
  8. You may well have a very valid opinion. It's all assumptive with no right or wrong answer. It's never an issue to agree to disagree on an opinion.
  9. Tai let's his talking be done on the track, that's why he is a multi World Champion. Darcy just offered the talent and the ability. Too immature to have won IMHO.
  10. Could've, should've, would've. He didn't and it is never known if he would have. I doubt he had the temperament to do it. Which Tai proved is what you need. Talent alone simply isn't enough.
  11. Would be crazy to let Thorssell go. Would make no sense at all.
  12. The Aces as expected look very strong so can only see a comfortable home win. If we can keep it to within 8 we will have done well. 50-40. Working so gutted I can't make it.
  13. Gutted I won't be able to make this one. Always a good scrap when the Bees are in town. So I hope we give em a thumping as a reminder. Mon the Wolves
  14. Brits first is good but ignore the Aussies long association dating back to the birth of the sport? Still hypocritical.
  15. It's clear. He rode here last year, the rule was introduced last year. I'm in no doubt it was explained to him. Only he was at fault.
  16. Perry has a lower NL and Championship average.
  17. You can't use Aussies and Poles for major success over very recent years and then say all clubs should ditch them all.Hypocrisy of the highest order. We should have done more to help the Brits 10 years ago but clubs like Poole were only too happy to use the next sensation on a 4 point average for years and ignore the next generation of Brits. It's admirable you recognise this now but Poole of all clubs have ignored Brits largely for years. Newman is probably the only British success (establishing at top flight level) Poole have helped. Howarth was shoved from pillar to post for several years whilst Ellis had been developed by others before he made progress with Poole last year.
  18. I don't think there is a clearer rule, it doesn't need 'specifics'. Riders aren't allowed on the centre green on their bike under power or not prior to the start of a race. End of. There is nothing clearer than that. I always thought you had to be under power and on the track ready to race by the 2 minute rule?
