  1. Not harsh at all, he has earned that from a full season in the PL. Correct. His average was earned as 4 and therefore is subject to a reduction.
  2. Time will tell I guess however it works well in Poland, less so in Sweden tho. It's clear the long term plan is to keep weakening which to me is the most worrying and probably the one thing that has the lower level of teams on side.
  3. Well they all agree to it so it's time to accept it's happening.
  4. Exactly. It's good of the Wolves management to allow him to go where he wants. Money likely to have played it's part too. I hope they look after him unlike other teams who have sacked him when he hasn't been in decent form. Let's face it Poole haven't a great record for looking after their riders however.
  5. no idea, best ask the BSPA if you want to know more. He won't even match that average anyway as according to you he is well past his sell by date. Have you spoke to Nic to find out his reasons? You are quoting words given as a possible reason.
  6. Neil Watson mentioned this on the Coventry thread - Priority will be with the 'owning' Club, secondly to the rider's Club in the previous season, or finally to the Club from the 'owning' League.
  7. You wouldn't have, you didn't. Grow up and move on. Let the Swindon folk have their thread back or is this yet another thread you want to dominate. #bangsheadagainstwall. It's pretty sad but all too expected these days.
  8. Skornicki is 7.22 confirmed by CVS. Injury and time out the sport seems a factor. But like you say he is too big a risk anyway. In the real world a good back up to a strong top 3.
  9. It really depends on options and if there really is a better option on that average. Wolves will probably have the strongest top 3 in the league and once Adam gets race fit I'm sure he has plenty to still offer. You never know it might be 2 years on the trot that the old firm is the guiding light on play off night. He at least has good form for it. Is it a risk? To an extent yes. But when you look at some of the 5-7 pointers available he is becoming a more attractive option. Anyway I get the sense he isn't plan A so time will tell.
  10. I'd love Lambert at Wolves however we already know it's looking like Masters.
  11. it doesn't say they will be discontinued. I'm assuming they won't be retained but as per usual nothing is clear about the rules. Gloating at the announcement of the proposed starting 1-7 of swindon. You can gloat at the success of one team and the perceived failure of another. At least that's how you prove a point to back up a point of view anyway. All in the space of 48 hrs.
  12. Truth in that indeed. Similar to David Howe who used to divide fans opinions (shut it BW! :wink). It's not often assets averages are attractive to get an advantage and if any club should get that advantage it should be the parent club. CVS has been a little too fair to Klindt IMHO.
  13. Leicester certainly hold regular training sessions but not open every day. No different to Scunthorpe for example.
  14. He didn't make it clear at all. Klindt was offered the chance to ride for wolves or pick another club. A suggestion was offered for reasons why he might not have picked Wolves. Nothing clear about that at all!
  15. On paper looks a poor team but Tungate certainly got better this season as it progressed. Should be solid at home which is the priority I'm sure. Welcome to the top tier of racing!
  16. Exactly! He ain't the first and he won't be the last. One thing you can't buy in sport is loyalty and passion and Cook has it in abundance. Lindgren likewise is a one man club in the UK and Wolves fans are equally as passionate about him as Aces fans are about Cook. My original post was a little tongue in cheek and I would imagine any club would be happy to have Cook pull on their team race jacket. I know I would be. I'm pro British riders so I'd love Cook to secure a place abroad although his last chance went belly up.
