  1. Interesting social media comment from Kenni Larsen today. Think its pretty obvious why he didn't sign for the Bees this season!! "I can't believe how Coventry Can keep on paying the riders. They still owe me 2000pounds. I have even Been to he's Company to confront him. Then he was that cheeky that he offered me a contract for next year if i would agree to get the half amount. These kind of People, you just wish get choked to death in Their own s**t."
  2. it's okay we all know you have terrible double standards, as well as being a multiple aliased poster. It's what trolls do best. just a shame no one believes you tho. The Fred Flange world. What a lonely one. Thing is flanges are useful in life so it would be inappropriate. :rofl Ee by gum eh.
  3. I guess some people really do want to come across as quite a bit silly. I see you are still calling me brum even tho I specifically said I find it a derogatory attack so still a huge hypocrite. Just to clarify I said only you don't have permission to call me that yet you continue to do so. Carry on the fantasy line, but I think most people are starting to feel a little embarrassed for you now and understandably.
  4. We know where the confusion lies, no one refers to the play offs as a knockout cup competition for very good reason. Think we can put that to bed. As explained, you have every chance to come and prove my (amateur) speedway rider bit wrong but you lack the back up. A bit like the majority of your posts. Happy to provide you with dates/places but I know you would rather continue with the jackanory line that was lost the minute I was backed up. Just say if you fancy watching some amateur racing , I will be the one in the kings Lynn kevlars and red livery (ex Jason Lyons bike). Ask your mates Tai and Sam to come as well. Hahaha
  5. you keep saying, and you are wrong. Still its good for a laugh. More chance of me falling off my bike (you have already been told by others that I do amateur speedway yet you fail to grasp the basics) than your conversation with Tai and Sam happening that's for sure. But no I haven't fallen off in a few months thanks for asking. you haven't been to Stoke for proof have you tho. Hahahahaha He can call it what he wants, no one believes his jackanory fable anyway.
  6. Yea, you keep saying. And you are still wrong. You are confused with a competition they still run in the lower leagues , and used to run in the EL until the fans voted with their feet and it was withdrawn. You know, the one where teams meet each other and KNOCK each other out until we get to the big final. That's 2 meetings to decide who progresses to the next stage and who gets KNOCKED OUT (there it is again). Now, here we have a season long league programme to qualify for the right to be crowned league champions. Nobody gets knocked out although only the teams who lose over 2 leagues in the play off semis could be termed as knocked out (no cup involved tho) but the difference is that whilst the (knockout) cup isn't wanted or supported by EL supporters anymore the play offs are played out to some of the biggest crowds of the season. The play offs are simply an extension of the league programme. No cup element involved. No, I know you won't get it. Keep trying to convince me and others it's the same thing, here is a clue. It isn't. Hope that helps.
  7. Freddie bang out of form league wise but I do take your point regards Holder at Monmore. He has had good meetings here in the past tho!
  8. Edited for accuracy Freddie V Holder - holder in better league form PK V Ellis - PK although Ellis is a danger. Woffy V Nicholls - Woffy. Thorssell V Kurtz or Bjarne (depends if cheating is allowed) - Jacob at home. Masters V RR - depends how fit Sam is but will just edge it. Clegg V Bjarne or Kurtz (depending if cheating is allowed) - either of the Poole riders with ease. Howarth V Newman - Newman is a match winner around Wolves so Newman. Think that's a better reflection.
  9. It isn't a knockout cup bit at all where teams knock each other out to progress. Teams aren't knocked out, they failed to qualify from the season long league programme. only the winners of the play offs are league champions, they are crowned LEAGUE champions not cup champions. Nicholls scored 2 points more last time! Let's face it you never know which Hans, or Scott you are going to get from match to match such is their inconsistencies this season so if Scott has a mare (rarely does at Monmore) it's no different to the possibility that Hans would likely score 13 again. At Monmore a like for like guest.
  10. yes you were poor in the A fixture, doesn't mean you will be that poor again. Nicholls has been poor all year. He scored 10 in the A and 15 in the B. King isn't keen on Monmore, and scored 4 in the A fixture. at Wolves Nicholls is always the better guest and is likely to outscore Hans most times. Only the team finishing top has any preference , and that is likely to be Belle Vue making picks completely out of our hands. This old chestnut again. There is no knockout cup bit, that's in your mind. It's simple to the vast majority that the play offs decide who wins the league. The league programme I agree decides which top 4 get to fight it out for the title.
  11. That's the thing with predictions, one can often be wrong. It's not a crime to say the overwhelming favourites might win away and makes no difference where it was at. They thrashed wolves at home who are meant to have a huge home advantage. Poole have often won at Wolves in recent seasons so it will be no surprise if it's close on Monday. Yet many Poole fans think they will get thrashed! Poole have just beaten the favourites so are in decent form.
  12. Could see the logic of the first season of the FTR 's of protected heats but that is just messing about with the averages now. They either need to use their PL averages next season of convert their current EL averages minus the 'protected heats' and revert back to a previous heat format where everybody races everyone with no protection. It will be interesting to see what this new 6 man team heat formula is going to be as it's clear that is happening next season. One of the 6 I hope is British at 'reserve'.
  13. That's why i said they would win then, not hard to understand is it!
  14. It's just a prediction based on the Aces being the supposed team to beat. must make Poole the favourites again then?
  15. I hope the 6th rider is still British edr standard. Would be crazy to let that fail now.
  16. It makes no difference what anyone says on social media says. The track is regularly voted best race track, SKY love going their because meetings are usually good ones from a race track perspective. The poor fest from Swindon a couple of weeks ago had people raving about the 5 heats they showed from Wolves with the World Champion than hardly any of the racing from the featured meeting. Whether you prefer racing on a small or big track is irrelevant. The racing at wolves is often decent.
  17. Poole have had some great results at Monmore in recent seasons. It could be a tight one if the Pirates are in form. Nicholls got 15 last time.
  18. And if you win it you will have earned it. I agree against the Pirates I'd edge it towards them however a final against us you will be favourites given your dominance over us this season long and seemingly the only team that can own us at Monmore. It makes the semi picks interesting! I think the pathetic Bees line up has more to do with it than anything else.
  19. Personal choice is fine. Plenty of passing opportunities at Wolves and little to do with rider error. It could be one of the main reasons why Wolves is regularly voted best race track. When was the last time a so called better bigger track was voted best race track? I prefer to watch a meeting on a track that is well prepared and offers good race lines and has enough dirt on to allow passing throughout. I couldn't care less what size or length the track is , it's all about the track prep everytime for me. Wolves mastery (or Doc Bridgett to be precise) of track prep makes it what it is. I can imagine the NSS will win the award this season, and rightly so. As for Monday Masters may not be fully fit and he has been a massive part of our success this season so his fitness could have a huge bearing on the meeting. Poole have won often at Monmore in recent seasons so don't buy this 'we generally aren't good at Monmore' line. On paper all of their riders have had great meetings at wolves so could be very dangerous if they all click. Still expect Wolves to score 50 points but Poole are a dangerous team at Wolves.
  20. Maybe maybe not. He still picked and choose meetings for others clubs in recent seasons including being sacked for lacking commitment. My point remains that he is a different animal with a Poole jacket on.
