Masters is 5 rides away from being a GP rider! You do him a diservice. However I do get your point regards double uppers. In truth some of the double uppers (Masters, King, Cook, Lambert ) are too good to be replaced by inadequate PL riders. Particularly those good enough to hold down an EL heat leader berth.

Although I'm sure you mean no offence you are continuing to do so by telling me when I should practise! FWIW the aim is to be ready to be more competitive in the winter series so practising now is vital. There seems a very odd obsession with some on what I do on a Monday and my reasons behind it. Please don't become one of them unless you are genuinely interested. I won't even mention where I am today.
