  1. Oh dear, the grapes that Doyley has had are very sour it seems. What a pathetic comment to make. How can a weak team come 2nd?? Definition of a weak team? See the Czech Republic team when they hosted. Now, THAT is what you call a weak team. A weak team would be one that is adrift of the others. Ok, Tai did the bulk of the scoring however the rest all made fair contributions. Not weak. Any likeable qualities he had have disappeared after that comment.
  2. No issue to be made.Wolves IS a well prepared track without question. Saturday proved that the NSS can provide as good a race meeting as anywhere. Masters won a race! So wasn't awful. Double points aren't allowed in nominated heats. Russia used Emil in heat 17 in Denmark. Tactical subs are allowed if 6 behind.
  3. Soft, mmm ignoring a question asked is soft. I asked for your opinion on Friday and you choose to ignore that. Friday didn't deliver. Saturday did. It gave everyone a great track and a full stadium and is something to be proud of. I certainly am and will continue to be. so to summarise in case you yet again miss my point. Saturday was outstanding , Friday was a damp squib. We can finally say the stadium and track delivered on its promise tonight and hopefully will prove to be our finest stadium for years to come. any chance of answering the question? Thanks for the information.
  4. You called me out so I was asking you for you're opinion on if the track and stadium delivered on its promise on Friday. Don't go hiding and making excuses now. Just answer the question. I can only make reference to meetings I've watched (live or on TV). I'm only commenting on Friday and Saturday. Friday didn't deliver, Saturday it did. Feel free to ignore my comments on the stadium and track being something to be proud of to (fail to) prove the point. Your honest thoughts on Friday then please. Seeing as you ask the same of me.
  5. An apology for saying the track failed to deliver on Friday yet gave us a cracking meeting on Saturday? Read my above post if in any doubt.
  6. I ain't hiding, far from it. The track and the atmosphere was flat last night. Lots of people on social media complaining about air horns being taken off them could have something to do with the poor atmosphere. Question - you believe that last night was something to be proud of, not as a Belle Vue fan if you can possibly take your Aces tints off for a second?? I can't make any reference to other meetings run at the NSS as I wasn't there. If you can find me a post where I have slated meetings I haven't been at then go ahead. Tonight was a different animal. We have a stadium and track in this country that we should all be proud of now and yes we had a meeting to be proud of. You seem to ignore the positives and focus on the negatives which judging by your tone doesn't surprise me. Anyway back to my question. You stand by the statement that the track delivered on Friday? ??
  7. Last night was rubbish, tonight was back to what we have been promised . Nothing hypocritical about that. It's not like I've constantly slated the set up. Perhaps you need to read a bit wider? No idea why you feel a need to meet me. I would stand with a couple of belle Vue mates when I'm at NSS. Thankfully they have a bit of respect.
  8. The meeting last night was one of the most boring race offs in history. Can't believe anyone would say it wasn't. Tonight proved what the track REALLY can do.
  9. One day he might be good as the British multi World champ. Woffy Woffy Woffy. Did any of the Poles give away their medals to kids like Woffy did? Proper role model.
  10. And of course the Polish champion is such a good role model. At least Tai has never been banned.
  11. Put your brain cell in use. Tai signed for Wolves on his 16th Birthday. I'm a Wolves fan and I knew about him before he signed thru his dad Rob. That's ten years ago. Enough said. A great World Cup and the track was so much better than yesterday thankfully. SO proud of team GB and thank god for the main man Woffy, absolutely awesome. Well done Poland , fully deserved victory. As always the nation to beat.
  12. Awesome ride for Cookie, owning 2 GP riders. We can do it! Cook wasn't in heat 20!
  13. In your opinion, which isn't important. you clearly lack much respect. There is always one on a forum. never mind. team GB coming to the party. What a lap for cookie until Piotr dropped it. Mon the Brits
  14. A world champion that's British. A class above the rest. Come on GB, doing a decent job do far.
  15. or just points massing. And to think some trolls thought Tai shouldn't ride . You need to pay attention. He beats his British race jacket when he wins. That's what you call pride.
  16. Ht 12 an all Wolves assets heat! Silly post, us Brits were more than aware of Tai before he come back HOME to UK.
  17. Is it over yet? If ever a track failed to deliver on its promise ..... step forward the National Stadium. Someone should get on to Monmore for a proper prepared race track.
  18. At last, a pass. IN HEAT 12. Is it worth staying awake hoping for some more? Can't understand why it's so boring - are some scared of the track or haven't some raised their games yet? Haven't seen such a flat race off before.
  19. Totally ridiculous decision. If course it's understandable that the youngsters get some vital experience but it this REALLY the place to be doing it? Makes the USA look like a joke team in all honesty. In fairness Becker looks promising for the future.
  20. It needs brains and understanding clearly!
  21. no one has missed an official practice, Tuesday wasn't official. Adam won't get a ride unless he is called up on the day.
  22. If only we could let this thread die it's natural death before the troll reappears!
