  1. But it was a big part! Joonas got 10 last time, Schlein got 2 this. However your other points are pretty valid too.
  2. As expected a comfortable home win. Wright scored to Pedersen's average so not too weakened. Wolves on the other hand had a dreadful replacement. Good to hear a good crowd in to watch one of their play off rivals.
  3. Schlein is hardly in any good form tho! Joonas top scored with ten points last time so he must have decided he likes it a bit now. I'd be surprised if Schlein gets half that, obviously I will be delighted if he matches it!
  4. Bad news for both sides with the sad news for Bjarne and Kylmakorpi ill. Schlein will give it his best but is a poor replacement for Joonas.
  5. Who is this Lindberg fella? I'd like to think we can take a point but it will be extremely tough. 48-42
  6. Lambert is the real deal. His 3 points were scant reward for his efforts. Rather lambert than Fricke any day.
  7. The A fixture was the best meeting of the season at Monmore from a racing perspective so if the weather holds out I hope for something similar. The Bees are always a danger at Monmore so despite their rather rubbish side I wouldn't write them off pushing us for a result. On paper 53-39 but it might be closer than that.
  8. It would have made much more sense having Hancock and 3 of the next generation in the line up. Fisher and Janniro are no different to Hancock being in the line up. The next generation would learn more from Hancock.
  9. Yet are allowed in Cardiff, a much grander stadium. There is clearly a reason for the ban but it makes a mockery when they are allowed in other arenas (noise pollution exempt).
  10. Oh dear, the grapes that Doyley has had are very sour it seems. What a pathetic comment to make. How can a weak team come 2nd?? Definition of a weak team? See the Czech Republic team when they hosted. Now, THAT is what you call a weak team. A weak team would be one that is adrift of the others. Ok, Tai did the bulk of the scoring however the rest all made fair contributions. Not weak. Any likeable qualities he had have disappeared after that comment.
  11. No issue to be made.Wolves IS a well prepared track without question. Saturday proved that the NSS can provide as good a race meeting as anywhere. Masters won a race! So wasn't awful. Double points aren't allowed in nominated heats. Russia used Emil in heat 17 in Denmark. Tactical subs are allowed if 6 behind.
  12. Soft, mmm ignoring a question asked is soft. I asked for your opinion on Friday and you choose to ignore that. Friday didn't deliver. Saturday did. It gave everyone a great track and a full stadium and is something to be proud of. I certainly am and will continue to be. so to summarise in case you yet again miss my point. Saturday was outstanding , Friday was a damp squib. We can finally say the stadium and track delivered on its promise tonight and hopefully will prove to be our finest stadium for years to come. any chance of answering the question? Thanks for the information.
  13. You called me out so I was asking you for you're opinion on if the track and stadium delivered on its promise on Friday. Don't go hiding and making excuses now. Just answer the question. I can only make reference to meetings I've watched (live or on TV). I'm only commenting on Friday and Saturday. Friday didn't deliver, Saturday it did. Feel free to ignore my comments on the stadium and track being something to be proud of to (fail to) prove the point. Your honest thoughts on Friday then please. Seeing as you ask the same of me.
  14. An apology for saying the track failed to deliver on Friday yet gave us a cracking meeting on Saturday? Read my above post if in any doubt.
  15. I ain't hiding, far from it. The track and the atmosphere was flat last night. Lots of people on social media complaining about air horns being taken off them could have something to do with the poor atmosphere. Question - you believe that last night was something to be proud of, not as a Belle Vue fan if you can possibly take your Aces tints off for a second?? I can't make any reference to other meetings run at the NSS as I wasn't there. If you can find me a post where I have slated meetings I haven't been at then go ahead. Tonight was a different animal. We have a stadium and track in this country that we should all be proud of now and yes we had a meeting to be proud of. You seem to ignore the positives and focus on the negatives which judging by your tone doesn't surprise me. Anyway back to my question. You stand by the statement that the track delivered on Friday? ??
  16. Last night was rubbish, tonight was back to what we have been promised . Nothing hypocritical about that. It's not like I've constantly slated the set up. Perhaps you need to read a bit wider? No idea why you feel a need to meet me. I would stand with a couple of belle Vue mates when I'm at NSS. Thankfully they have a bit of respect.
  17. The meeting last night was one of the most boring race offs in history. Can't believe anyone would say it wasn't. Tonight proved what the track REALLY can do.
  18. One day he might be good as the British multi World champ. Woffy Woffy Woffy. Did any of the Poles give away their medals to kids like Woffy did? Proper role model.
