by opening a thread calling Cook a 'r*tard' you have done exactly the same thing. it's my take its used as a derogatory term these days but it's certainly born from a medical term. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intellectual_disability

Erm, I know what you did! But since when has 2 wrongs made a right! I disagree wholly with Cooks comments just to be clear, however you posted a link comparing Oyston's remarks with Cooks and you have done exactly the same thing!! Flipped or not!

On paper he should be but in truth besides one season he hasn't ridden anything like one. A second heat leader at best.

In which case you are just as guilty by using the same word to describe someone! One It's been turned into a derogatory term from an outdated one but as far as I'm concerned it's still a below the belt comment. Having worked in children's disability I have heard the term retard used to describe them which to me stems from old fashioned beliefs, rudeness and ignorance. Plus it's just not a pleasant word to describe anyone.

Think there has only been 1 season in past 5 that we haven't won. It might not be everyone's cup of tea as a track but it's clear the refs as well as most riders love it!

It doesn't prove all your points at all. The likes you compare him against haven't had nearly anywhere near as much experience in the main body of an EL team. If might be easy to suggest they would have done much better or stayed around the 5 point mark. Comparing against the other Tier riders on PL averages is flawed as TesarRacing has already pointed out. With Garrity starting in the main 1-5 and the opportunities for tier 1's to also move up we might have a better picture just who is properly progressing under this draft scheme but at the end of the 2016 season certainly not before. However you're points on his consistency around certain tracks is something that has validity and something he needs to address if he is to progress further than what he has so far. That said from an EL perspective he has progressed the most by holding his mid 5 average the past couple of seasons. From that perspective there is no one to compare him with.

Based on the facts he has held his own in the main team and non of the others have been deemed good enough to warrant a main team call up. The likes of Auty, Newman have always done well in reserve . Kyle should find it just as easy if not easier. Obviously you are going to base his 2015 matches on the few he rode for Coventry. I'd rather look to the fact he was doing his job for Swindon before he was having lucky to lose his team place. If you believe he isn't the strongest reserve on the list so be it. That's you're perogative (as Bobby Brown might say).

He should clean up at reserve. I'm hoping so.

Of course you can dream, it won't be.

You will need him too because at the moment you look like basement dwellers!

It has a team for every alias. They include defunct teams now there are that many.

Classic KKS

They needed to start with a strong number one more importantly, not the world's most out of form rider in 2015.

In the PL, but not EL anymore.
-
Whether it's the money or the travelling or a bit of both who knows. However it seems he is happy to help Wolves out if we need him.

What's a haters track?

I believe he has had a tough recent few years with injuries and this year was struggling to overcome another. Plus he has a family to support . His scores and performances in the PL have been reduced the past few years due to injury so sounds like the timing was right. I believe his main issue was his shoulder hence struggling to hold on. Still racing to a high level on the grass and longtrack prior to retirement as well.
