I took Mini Nevs there ok last year-they have a family area-but we just stood outside in the sun soaking up the atmosphere-they have tables outside- until I nipped in quick to nick Addys WKD blue and give it to Jill. Im my opinion outside at Sams bar is the best location-kids welcome -

Taken this off the Somerset forum with Wombles excellant description and directions. Ivani Blondpiece is a westcountry nomark-so ignore that bit and click on link at bottom of post. Sams Bar from 12 and POW from 3. "Just for you Ivani Blondepiece.........here is a map of Cardiff City centre. If you CLICK HERE you will find SAMS BAR is located just below the red circle, in MILL LANE where it meets ST MARY STREET. The PRINCE OF WALES is located just above, and to the left of the red circle, on the corner of WOOD STREET, and ST MARY STREET....................................you can buy me a pint at either one of them ;D ;D ;D" http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?pc=...t%20dogy%2Bcity -

Cardiff Gp - 2nd Severn Crossing
Nevs replied to Anders`'s topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Well after I crossed the bridge it appears to have dropped to 50mph-never used to be and I swear to this day I never saw any signs-again my fault I was doing boringly 66mph thinking I was under the 70 limit-my fault sure -points and fine-easy money. I now have a loyalty card with Specsavers though which was the one good thing to come out of it all,and I have seen my childrens faces for the first time -
That explains a lot SCB-Now I know where you get it from. Thanks for sharing

I aint risking it this time-too many bad memories Going by coach and going to ride shot gun for the driver and see where all these 50 mile per hour gog gog gog signs are that werent there in January. -
Surely it would remind you of home and Newport though Shawn
-
Have to agree with SCB on this one-much as it grates. Gamesmanship and trying to get the upper hand has all but gone out of speedway at the moment. Its just all too clinical and the laughs of years ago are long gone. Everyone who remembers the laughs has been taken over by the Do good and politically correct brigade-Speedway is now too sterile and too serious. Used to be a laugh-now if you f*rt out of place you go back 15 metres. If you have never seen rolling starts then you wont have a clue what we are on about.

Have you discussed this with your mate Sam or just assumed it is ok.I think you should.Always best to be open and upfront They may prefer to stay home and watch it on Sky. Uncle Nevs.

Cardiff Gp Ticket For Sale
Nevs replied to fiveone's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Two cardiff GP tickets for sale on bend one if it means I can sell ours and sit next to Sting and Fiveone. Not too worried about Sting, but wanna discuss the latest fire engines and smoke detectors with fiveone in between races. Mini Nevs will have to sit on your lap Debs while I have a chat with your dad. -
So it isnt just me?? I have been trying to readjust my hearing aid for the last three gps and moving away from the Tv thinking it was feedback Worst graphics and Sounds for years.

Ahhhh how sweet. Modern day equivalent of the back row of the pictures on a Saturday night. Didnt the airhorns distract you both????? Mind you she was well out of it when I saw her at 1pm and oblivious to everything I said!!!!

Never met him and he disappeared last year..... EDIT--Sorry got this from the somerset forum, obviously Dave T was copying and pasting-its one of Norbolds!!!!! Spot the members. Especially those with wobbly antennas on their heads. Three rows of forum members-shame we arent doing the same this year http://community.webshots.com/photo/152246...152246724JPGVvy

Greg, I spoke to Rob tonight to get an update on Corey. He is still having treatment for his back injury, but is ok, although not riding at the moment in Australia. He still wants to come back to the UK next season to race-but only at Conference league level at the moment,to enjoy racing again, without the added pressure of PL racing-Basically, he wants to just get back to enjoying having a race and a spin again.
-
Last I heard was that he is hoping to be back next season.
-
Corey is ok, No serious harm done (as such) and rested for a few weeks and sent his regards to the Exeter fans via the forum through Teresa a few weeks ago-will try and find out more on Monday from Rob whos daughter is staying with Corey and let you know.
-
Thanks Jo-Already had that-last year each bit was color coded re prices-Have now printed off the plan and the list when you go to book tickets , of which sections are family seats pr cheaper for kids and have cross referenced and circled in biro to take to speedway on Monday for those with no pc's. Shouldnt need to have done it though-hardly user friendly.
