  1. Don't you agree that these are the type of rider's the club is missing though? Nobody wins through being nice
  2. I know it's over so I've checked the averages and got Doyle Tungate North Fisher Pedersen Kerr Stokes
  3. Absolutely the point. Ok, that's not likely to be the team, probably way over the limit but that's the type of riders we need next season. We've been a team that's too nice and too fair and that goes for the management also. We need some nasty barstoods in the team to liven things up. Most of the season rider of the night would be Lambert because he'd be the only one to really lay it on the line and make passing moves while the others struggled. We need more of that and Porsing Bjerre don't offer that. Every team needs 2-3 hard riders that give everything. We got found out when running R/R because having Bjerre & Porsing covering those rides you just never felt confident they could step up. That's worse than the current team for me. Andersen and Lindgren (although performed well as a guest) have been abysmal this season. Andersen = Bjerre. Michelsen I've not been overly impressed by. Iversen Porsing Andersen - Bjerre Michelsen - Lambert Lindgren - Schlein I just don't see an improvement
  4. Doyle North Kildermand Fisher Pedersen Kerr Stokes
  5. Very enjoyable meeting but still disappointing that one of our better meetings racing wise had to be the last one. Pleased to hear Buster take the teams failings on himself and made it quite clear things will be very different in 2016, already talking to riders. This is good news but more importantly, said him and Rob will be more proactive next season if things don't go to plan. Promising words that need to be delivered upon. Important for me, on the team sheet next season are 1 or 2 ruthless rider's, real racer's, hard racer's
  6. The thing that puts the National Stadium down for me is that it's being built in the rain capital of Great Britain. You only have to see the amount of call off's Belle Vue have to deal with. Now add in the SWC, British Finals etc and it could become a bit of a laughing stock
  7. Was he ever even here in the first place so he's kind of excluded
  8. Is gonna be a pointless exercise or butt hole clencher to make the playoffs? Either way it's our last league meeting of 2015 so fingers crossed no riders are missing, weather plays ball and it's worth the admission.
  9. How will we achieve 2 points at home? 1 for a draw and 3 for a win is all that's on offer.
  10. No chance of beating Poole and Swindon will demolish us at home with Killer on show. He loves our place and he's great to watch
  11. I think very quickly he'll be flying to Sweden after tonight.
  12. that's what we deserved for sticking with a sh!+e team Well done the management team
  13. Wolves racing on an alternative night at short notice is pretty much a no no with their landlords isn't it?
  14. Correct, would love to be there now but plans can't be changed. Need all 3 points with hopefully a favour from Wolverhampton tonight to help relieve the pressure a little
  15. The official Stars twitter has Milik riding. Harris for Iversen and Wilkinson for Kerr. No mention of Cook at all.
  16. Karma my friend. Next time, don't abandon a meeting with 1 race left to get a result unecessarily.
  17. With Techland putting this in the Sony / Microsoft platforms will leave the door open for a bigger software company to come in in the future. It will all be about the sales numbers and I think they'll be pretty good.
  18. Have to say I'm pleased with both guests chosen. Swindon without Ward certainly does put us back in the driving seat for this one.
  19. I'm not buying this unforcast rain nonsense. Every weather forecast on tv had rain from 3pm until around midnight. To leave the postponement as late as they did was pure desperation. I fully understand the club are in between a rock and a hard place but it was never gonna be on. If it had of started, it would never have made 10 heats.
  20. Desperation, available dates are at a premium hence why I stayed at home. We're at that point in the season where promoter's will try to run meetings with no though of the paying public
  21. I don't think anyone would have an issue with this meeting being called off. Far more concerning issues. Poole have confirmed that Midlo and Holder will be with Darcy tomorrow
