You don't have many options at all. Most likely will be Richard Lawson -

That's certainly made Ipswich brought down to King's Lynn & Peterborough levels. Ipswich now favourites for wooden spoon -

There are medical reasons for needing to eat on a regular basis. 'fat barr-stirred' syndrome is rife in this country -

While tongue in cheek I think there is an element of truth. There will be many Stars fans wanting to see Crump race for what could be the last time in the UK. -

Read all the comments following my disbelief at admission costs. What seems to be missed here is the price rises are counterintuitive. We all understand costs go up for variable reasons. With speedway they have a sport when run correctly they should be looking to bring the prices DOWN. With the consistency of fans walking away (and oldies dying) price rises tend to correlate with this rather than costs. British Speedway knows it's on it ass & there seems to be clear evidence that all that's happening is as fans walk away, prices go up, which will continue until the day comes all tracks doors are closed. There no evidence of promoter's trying to grow the sport, marketing the product etc. Also, evidence of it's huge down turn is TV. When Sky Sports took it there was a massive opportunity to lift the sport but it wasn't taken so Sky didn't want it anymore. Then it went to BT who no longer wants it so now at the bottom rung of Eurosport. The sport is even dying on live TV. I used to be a huge defender of Speedway (especially King's Lynn) but it's very true what people say. Speedway is like any bad habit, once you break it you don't find the need to ever return. There's no 'hook' like there was from 20-30 years ago. -

Just seen the prices for this season & I'm absolutely stunned. There is clear profiteering from the few remaining gullible fans there is left. £20 admission £2 grandstand £3 programme This sport is an absolute disaster & disgrace. When will the owners of this sport ever learn -

You're talking like Belle Vue sell out every week. The numbers watching Belle Vue are no greater than most other clubs. Again, you peove my point that British Speedway is dead As above, no matter how good the stadium is, the sport just isn't attractive -

What in all that has anything to do with British Speedway league racing for the majority of UK fans?? The racing, at King's Lynn From these 3 comments pretty much proves my point. You certainly couldn't sell the sport to a newbie or an oldie with those comments. It absolutely proves the death of the sport that you had to say any old nonsense just to say something. British Speedway needs a hell of a lot of work to bring people in, right now it's dead. Facts -

Correct, Speedway in the UK is dead. It's getting to the point of just being an amateur sport. -

Explain?? Any new fan wouldn't know anything about 'value for money', who rider's are, rapid decline of standards etc etc. What Speedway is doing wrong is not making knowledgeable ex-fans hungry to return. Surely as a 'collective' there could be a decent marketing campaign for the whole of British Speedway. For relatively little money, adverts & pop-ups on Youtube would be a start. -

Crowd restrictions will be in place until at earliest 2022. Most events that sell online only have admin charges. Sounds like an unreasonable moan for moaning sake to me -

Correct Trees, people on the inside hated his aggressive nature to implement change quickly. Look at the state the sport here is in now?? British Speedway won't find anyone like him again -
King's Lynn Stars 2020

Correct, but the old men, no foresight brigade got in the way. -
There was a mini-resurgence for the sport when Sky Sports came on board. Unfortunately, every promoter wasted the income on rider's instead of future proofing. As I've said before, the National Speedway Stadium had come 20 years to late. Had any club had the foresight back then, I'm convinced other's would have followed. The financial waste has been astronomical. There is a chance again now to try & do something about it. The pandemic has created a reset. It's critical the sport finds someone from outside to help with the rebuild, there are currently no promoter's with the mindset to do it through fear of damaging their immediate pockets.

You're talking like they'll be 50,000 at speedway meetings. Yes, anything that has spectators will be expected to require a Covid Passport. Getting people through the turnstiles should be no slower than previous though. Even before you still had the old prats that had nothing prepared to enter until they reached the box office, then fumbled around for 10 minutes finding cash.
-
No secrecy from me. If?? The people running British Speedway have consistently failed the sport for 20+ years. The fans are not the problem here, footfall through the turnstiles is all the proof needed. There's been no "I told you so" from any of us that no longer go. We want this sport to be the best (which it can be) but the promoter's have zero ambition to do so. Their way to keep the money coming in is simply, as the crowd numbers fall, admission prices go up to make up the shortfall. British Speedway's business model is run in an absolutely appalling way.

I've always thought that from 65 two driving safety assessments should be enforced every 2 years. One in the day, one at night.

SGB Premiership Confirmed Teams 2021

Wrong. The age group dates are an estimation of where the vaccination will be complete for age groups. Some areas across England are ahead of others & are vaccinating under 40's now.
