  1. I quite agree, he will never keep everyone happy. On current form however Nicholls shouldn't be anywhere near the starting five. Still looks like it should be Harris, Kennett, Rico, Woffinden & Bridger to me.
  2. Well done to the two Brits and Darcy for getting through Commiserations to Linus.
  3. From the updates on speedwaylive.hu it appears the qualifiers are Woffinden 14 Hougaard 13 Bridger 11 Ward 11 Laguta11 Pavlic 10 Girukis 9 and the other being either Eklof or Mitko, both of whom finished on 7.
  4. One of our party has pulled out so we have a single spare ticket...... Its in the Upper Tier (Level 6) on the third bend. Face value £29 but will accept £25. Serious enquiries drop me a PM please
  5. Spot on. To select Nicholls would be a big mistake IMO.
  6. I know we are at Berwick the night before, but I can't see that date being agreed on as Darcy and Linus are in Hungary for the U21 Semi that Saturday. And have planned for coming up on the 5th now as it was printed in the Lynn Race-zine last Wednesday
  7. The wife and I should be at half a dozen of those BFD....got a feeling its Lynn at Glasgae on Sunday 5th (I'm sure Paulco will confirm). Look forward to meeting yer
  8. Gordon Bennett, a civilised and enjoyable debate on the BSF! It'll never catch on
  9. To blame one person who is five minutes into his job seems a bit harsh to me......the BSPA need to re-evaluate how they treat and regard our young riders. Why is there no organised racing for them way before they reach fifteen? And why are they not making it as practical as possible for our U21's to ride abroad? The whole thing needs an overhaul.
  10. Six and two threes for me. Its the second 50/50 which hasn't gone NP's way in the series so far but rather than bleating about it perhaps he should remember the various occasions when tough decisions have gone in his favour.
  11. Kozza out of the Oz team according to information at the NA last night. Still suffering from his crash at Coventry last Monday.
  12. With all due respect to Brendan Johnson, is there any reason why he has been selected ahead of the likes of Josh Auty, Lee Smart and Kyle Hughes?
  13. Fair enough. Well done to THJ and to Linus for second place
  14. Correct me if I am wrong, but has THJ missed the Edinburgh meeting tonight because of this qualifier, even though it is on Sunday?
  15. Acoording to the BBC National Forecast the worst of the showers will have left the Rye area by midday.
  16. We usually find it easier to go via Harlow and through the 50p toll road which takes you straight to the stadium, avoiding Hoddesdon itself which you would encounter on the M25/A10 route.
  17. You are quite right screamer....if Nicholls is riding like he was last night come July then I would hope that Rob would have the balls to not include him in GB's five. Have him as a non riding captain by all means, but as things stand I would go with something like Harris, Kennett, Rico, Tai and Bridger.
  18. I'm certainly no Pedersen fan but from where I was sitting on my sofa that looked like six and two threes. Would have had all four back.
  19. Considering it was his forst time I thought he did ok....obviously there to talk about the Team GB squad, so may not be on again anyway.
  20. Sorry guys, was being sarcastic...Millard said it so many times during the night that even Havelock & Heuwen were taking the mick Great performance from the boy, has balls of steel. Darcy beat him on his home track last Sunday though Brits poor, as was the track. Some things never change
  21. And what a meeting that promises to be, with any one of Summers, Darcy, Kozza, Sweetman and Josh G in with a real shout of taking the title.
