the problem partly is there are no promoters anymore just people who run speedway tracks glasgow do the kids race like it or loath it but how many others do anything before or during the meeting in the ian thomas days he would get stunt riders ,fire eaters circus performers even rally cars trying to beat lap record amongst other things most tracks now just long periods between heats with nothing not even a rider interview

ashton was/is better than kyle but you are correct kyle had best of gear so didnt need to learn to race he was always out front so when stepping up was different ball game ashton was competative when he first stepped up but dropped back

someone asked if he culd ride for comets if he wanted to simple answer yes he can but he would need to drop poland nothing about how long hes rode for who ever if he wants to ride england or poland is his choice no one is forcing him but we all know if you get paid poland is where the higher rates are
