Redcar also looking for replacement for Edwards and Riss Hopefully danyon is better than it sounds But gonna be hard to find good replacement for any team Now if workington goes under then there's a few options no one of cookie or riss potential But better than r/r maybe the -
fully agree but the team is built to same points limit as all others poole and glasgow both can take pick of best riders on there average its a shame the teams are not built around wages rather than points but aslong as some teams can offer better deals they will always look better option for the riders

if they have not made any money they wont pay tax but books need to be kept and submitted

agree its catch 22 need the income to put a good event on and need to put a entertaining event on to get the crowds in
-
long walk for any without transport aswell at northside
-
the problem partly is there are no promoters anymore just people who run speedway tracks glasgow do the kids race like it or loath it but how many others do anything before or during the meeting in the ian thomas days he would get stunt riders ,fire eaters circus performers even rally cars trying to beat lap record amongst other things most tracks now just long periods between heats with nothing not even a rider interview

Cost is a factor 20 quid don't sound much But a family can be 50 quid plus extras burgers ice cream Not many family's can afford that on regular basis Need to make kids as cheap as possible they are future paying fans Has anyone thought or found if there's 2 company's Training track and speedway as separate im sure it's not uncommon to run as 2 separate But id be more inclined that it is something more like this paperwork as non payment as non payment in speedway is more common than some like to admit or to be a bit more fair payment on time
-
with batch and etheridge been long term uk riders id say bowes or as some have said the club sponsor thingy
-
if its a visa issue then surely it should only affect the rider or riders not the clubs license and visas should be passed before season but the wording of statement does point to administrative issues could be money could be paperwork we may never find out
-

someone asked if he culd ride for comets if he wanted to simple answer yes he can but he would need to drop poland nothing about how long hes rode for who ever if he wants to ride england or poland is his choice no one is forcing him but we all know if you get paid poland is where the higher rates are -
always rumours regarding riders wages either not getting paid or teams paying higher than others to get the rider they want only the tax man should know thats if there paying uk taxes as we know often some dont and stay away from uk after a good season
