SR012.1.1b Championship League Championship League, teams will meet on 2 occasions, 1 home and 1 away. The top 6 clubs qualify for the play offs going into 2 groups of 3. The team who finishes top will select their 2 group members, the other 3 Speedway Control Bureau Regulations 116 qualifying clubs make up the second group. The winners of each group will contest a 2 legged final home and away with the aggregate winner being crowned the Championship League Champions. A rider who’s team is not in the play offs may only guest for one team in each group of the play offs. Excluding the final. A rider may only guest for one team in any 2 legged tie (home and away). SR012.4.5 Tactical Substitute (TS) Is not applicable in a 2 legged tie. 012 1.1b Restricts guests to riders from the bottom three clubs. each individual rider from those three Clubs can guest in both mini-leagues but for one Club only in each mini-league. 'Excluding the final'? I think this resets the clock and allows any rider eligible to guest to ride for a team in the final regardless of whether they guested for that particular club in the mini-leagues. 012.4.5 Permits Tactical Substitutes in the mini groups but not in the Grand Final.

Dan Bewley was excluded from his semi-final, Lambert's 0 takes precedence over Bewley's X. -
Leicester lions 2023 (PREMIERSHIP)

In my opinion every rider should be tested at every meeting. -
If there is an established MA from the current season it will be used (and be converted where necessary).
-
Claus Vissing will be a minimum of 4.00

No they’re not. The Belle Vue fixture appears to have ratified by the BSPL as 18th September.
-
The cut-off was 28th August, effective 31st August so the 1st September averages do not come into it.
-
Belle Vue are not confirmed as Champions, but are confirmed as top two which would give them choice of whether to race at home first.

Having sat through many AGMs I can assure you it is no ‘knees up’….

Poole v Birmingham 30/8/23 Championship
NeilWatson replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
0.51 too high at home (0.94 away) which for a sport that works to 1/100 of a point is quite a lot! -

Much too high -
Not quite confirmed yet Rob, Wolverhampton could take top spot with three large wins.
-
As you say. Jordan cannot guest in place of another PL RS, but can guest in another position in the PL.

Edinburgh Vs Poole 4th August
NeilWatson replied to LisaColette's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Sensible to put the ‘most important’ match on first - if it affects play-offs for example - in case of rain or accident curtailing the 30 heats. -
What was the case? Which meeting at Glasgow? Which junior rider?
-
No facility for Dan as mentioned elsewhere so RR not permitted. The facility for the top three by average is a guest or RR
-
Yes, I was part of the discussions and plans.

There’s a building eminently suited to indoor racing on the East of England Showground. Oh, hang on, that’s going to be demolished……..:-(

While the 2022 regulations contained an identical reg 10.3.1, it also contained Reg 012.2 which was contradictory: A Premiership Transfer Window opens after 25% of the League fixtures are complete and closes when 75% of League fixtures are complete. This permits changes to the team on 2 occasions, except for proven long term injury. Reg 012.2 doesn't appear in the 2023 Regulations
-
The Speedway Regulations are unambiguous: 010.3.1 Cut Off Date No team changes will be allowed after 28th August with the effective date being 31st August. Except riders returning to the team after injury who can only replace their original replacement.

Is the right answer......
