  1. 8 day rule applies to guest appearances only
  2. RR in Ht 4, TS in Ht 12 and Ht 15 plus his four programmed rides.
  3. So the conversion factor is 1.5 confirming Starke at 4.27. The new GSAs will show the declaration and individual averages in due course. My guess is that Cook’s average should be 7.59
  4. As far as I can see the conversion factor is 1.6 - it was given as that in the 2020 regulations and hasn’t been amended in the 2021 amendments. However Ipswich quoted 4.27 for Starke and I agree that wouldn’t fit
  5. Protests against team line-ups don’t exist now, any discrepancies are dealt with between Promotions via the team line-up website.
  6. Yes, he would guest (or sign now I’ve read back up the thread!) on his 1/6 Premiership average of 7.82
  7. There was no ‘saving’ to be done - Peterborough was thriving and would have continued to do so. The Club was profitable and in good order when it was sold.
  8. With all six Premiership clubs in action, there is a shortage of guests!
  9. Two ambulances are not a requirement, one ambulance plus a medical room is acceptable, but a second ambulance is often present in lieu of the medical room.
  10. The change places Lewis Bridger into the 1-5, which could offset any potential advantage of having Ty Proctor at reserve.
  11. That is no different to many leisure destinations - emergency medical help is summoned as necessary.
  12. https://ipswichwitches.co/wolves-62-28-ipswich-raceday-report/ The report on Ipswich website says that was the case.
  13. No 1s can’t be ‘swapped’, Bjarne is No 1 by average until at least 1st July.
  14. There seems to be a few discrepancies in the latest GSAs for both the PL and CL, perhaps they’ll be revised and re-issued on Tuesday.
  15. Sounds unlikely as Birmingham are scheduled to race on that night.
  16. The eligibility of NDL riders to guest in the Championship used to be noted on the NDL Green Sheet, that information doesn't appear so far this season. Eastbourne's team Rising Star level is 2*, as Jake Knight is a 3* rider he couldn't guest for Eastbourne in that position, his eligibility to guest in another position would be based on his applicable NDL average divided by 2.
  17. See also the following regulation, noting 010.5.p with reference to Leicester's team line-up (Jamie Halder was not in Leicester's final team declaration for 2019). 010.5 FACILITIES No facility is permitted to replace a rider, who although included in a redeclaration has not made an appearance for that team since being redeclared. A Medical Certificate must be supplied to the SCB within 48 hours of the sickness/injury occurring in which case the rider will receive a mandatory 7 days suspension of his SCB Registration from the day of the first meeting missed i) suspended by the FIM, ACU, SCB or riders FMN j) in dispute with his club, provided that the circumstances have been accepted by the BSPA Directors who will determine the facility and period of the riders inactivity k) retiring during the current season a facility will be granted for a period of 28 days. In these circumstances a rider cannot return to ride for any club within 28 days, effective from the date of notification to the SCB l) a Championship rider who’s own FMN does not have a current agreement with the BSPA and is competing in another FMN’s National, League or Open Meeting. This will result in the riders SCB Registration being suspended for one (1) season and the riders team will be automatically granted a facility for a maximum period of 28 days, after which that team must re-declare m) awaiting medical clearance for the riders FMN n) NDL only: absent for any other reason - applicable to riders 18 years old and under, providing 3 days’ notice is given o) a rider with an assessed MA p) has been approved in a teams declared 1-7 at the start of the season, a 28 day facility may be granted at the BSPA Directors discretion. 18. Rising Star riders can only compete in 2 leagues at any one time. Premiership teams shall declare their initial 1-7’s with a Rising Star rider at reserve and will conform to the following points limitation; 1-6 Total average of 35.50 points maximum and will declare a 4* rider or under. At the commencement of the season, the Rising Star must ride at reserve (No. 6 or 7), at the Team Managers discretion. Upon the issue of Match Averages, the Rising Star riders Team Position will be determined as per SCB reg. 012.3 (Team Line-ups). Championship teams shall declare their initial 1-7’s with a Rising Star rider at reserve and will conform to the following points limitations; 1-6 Total average of 38 points or less will declare a 3* rider or under 1-6 Total average of 39 points or less will declare a 2* rider or under Rising Star riders will remain so for the entire season and can only be replaced in a team declaration by a rider equal to the teams star rating or less at the initial Team Declaration. Rising Star riders, who as per SCB reg. 012.3 (Team Line-ups), shall move into a team’s 1-5 will be subject to SCB reg. 012.4 (Facilities). In the event a Rising Star is absent, with a facility permitted, he can be replaced by; i. any guest rider from the Rising Star list, of that teams initial permitted Team Declaration rating or below, or ii. Rider Replacement, at the Team Managers discretion. Rising Star riders shall compete with a special riding number design denoting they are a Rising Star.
  19. This eligibility is shown on the Green Sheet - the declared rider's grade is shown within the team grade - the team's maximum potential Rising Star grade is shown by the team name.
  20. That was actually my decision, I like to hear the Anthem at sporting events, but it seems I was in a minority!
  21. I thought this was quite helpful - if you're friendly with Mr Preece but can't stand Mr Jones (no offence, example only) you'd tailor your booking accordingly. The tone of your initial message led me to think that address, card number and CVV details were on view.
  22. Your call Steve but I completely understand why Poole are doing it this way to maximise income from a very limited capacity. If they sell a single £18 ticket in a block that’s £90 income lost to them (and a further 84% reduction in capacity). As for the difference with Plymouth, I don’t know but might it be because of the inside accommodation at Poole?
