Made it more interesting though. It was quite funny when he kept on about Lee Richardson shooting from the tapes and being in first place in one race and then he went through the riders in the other positions and said something like "and at the back is err.....Lee Richardson." Trying to correct his mistake he then went on to say something about Lee going from 4th to first. Completely wrong Tony on both counts. Lee was at the back the whole time. I'm pretty sure he also said it was Lee Richardson in the box talking to the referee when the camera showed it was actually Nicki Pedersen on the phone. I think the time is nearly here for the men in white coats to arrive to take away their next patient. But obviously not painful enough to stop him adjusting "things" on camera when talking to Hans in the pits. Sorry but when the racing is a bit boring I tend to notice these things.

Programmes haven't been mentioned this time so presumably not. Mind you it doesn't affect me because I didn't get one last year either, having the cheapest £13 tickets.

One thing struck me about McGowan - on T.V. he was quite happy to be interviewed without the seemingly obligatory baseball cap. What is it with all the riders and these caps? Even Scott Nicholls had one shoved on his head (the wrong way round) when he was making a protest to the ref.

You know you will regret that decision later. There are £29 seats in the middle tier on the 1st & 2nd bends - the cheapest ones. Better still if you are over 60 it's only £13.

We're in the £29 seats and they are in the middle tier on the first bend so no need to pay £50. We have always gone in the middle tier, but everywhere I suppose has a good view, although I've heard some forum members say they aren't keen on the bottom tier because it feels "too closed in." I doubt it Old Saint. The tickets have always gone on sale in August as that's when I have booked mine in previous years. I'm pretty sure it will be sometime within 9th - 23rd June.
