At the time he rode he was not riding illegally................yes his points will be deducted not that it will make a huge difference and nothing can be done about that now................I think he only rode 2 matches scoring low points during that time................ Why should Poole be penalised for something that they had no involvement in.............it was an FIM event not a club event.............. RP

I remember you agreeing with me about this on the Poole thread too..............I think it went along the lines of the majority of Poole fans were expecting a 12 month ban backdated to the date the suspension started and to requalify for the GP's through the challenge series................. Everyone has their likes and dislikes about speedway................and everyone is entitled to their own opinion...........just cos mine does not agree with what you may say does not give you the right to slate me for it..............for all we know we could all be in the wrong about what happens............... EL will never go to one race night.................too many issues with local authorities and other stadium users to be able to do it............... Kurtz to the best of my knowledge is not a Poole asset yet though its not beyond the realms of possibility............... Yes EL clubs have assets they do not use and loan out................some PL clubs do the same...............but at least the clarification of the rule is in everyone's best interests............. It was totally unfair on the EL when they were told that PL took priority...............then when it became the club of which the rider is an asset took priority if they rode for them it made more sense.............the fact that if a rider is loaned out to another club which is in the same league as his own club but doubles up means that the league his parent club is in gets priority makes sense to me................ Concussion is not the most pleasant thing I have experienced..............I got told afterwards I should have been signed off for a week and not gone back to my desk job after 3 days..............(bear in mind I had only been back at work for two weeks following shoulder surgery when it happened) this happened two months ago (I was getting into our van when I keeled over backwards and hit my head on the pavement............cut the back of my head and got carted off to hospital and kept in til 4.30 the following day as had to have a brain scan) and I still have light headed moments and dizziness now.............my GP went mad when he found out what happened............especially as there are other health issues in the background which could have been affected by it............. Based on the fact I got told that for doing a desk job surely speedway riders should be given longer off a bike............. RP

One thing people seem to be forgetting is that the clubs have to get their sponsor licences before they can apply for the visa..................what has been approved so far is the fact that clubs can now apply for the sponsor licences............. RP

As far as I am aware it is the team that the rider is an asset of gets priority.............so for example Richard Lawson has now gone on a full transfer to Glasgow so they get priority over Lakeside............where as if Josh G signed for Poole they would get priority over Somerset............ Thing to remember about Dudek though is he was dealt with by the Polish authorities not the FIM..............in that case if Darcy had been over the limit for one of his league teams does that mean the league in questions governing body would have dealt with it rather than the FIM and would they have taken so long.................
