  1. Gotta keep occupied somehow, while waiting for Birmingham to complete their side!
  2. If the Speedway GB page posted averages, we'd know for sure. Not sure why it has to be kept so secret!
  3. teams riding orders aren't known , so refering to him being 5th in the Glasgow averages.
  4. Got fed up waiting for Birmingham to complete their team so I could compare all the teams: Strongest number 1: Troy Batchelor (Oxf) Weakest number 1: Josh Auty (Bir) or Bradley W-Dean (Nec) Strongest number 2: Danny King (Ple) Weakest number 2: Ricky Wells (Ber) or Lee Complin (Nec) Strongest number 3: Richard Lawson (Ple) Weakest number 3: Cameron Heeps (Oxf) Strongest number 4: Ben Barker (Ply) Weakest number 4: Ben Cook (Ple) Strongest number 5: Ben Basso (Gla) Weakest number 5: Ty Proctor (Ber) Strongest number 6: Jye Etheridge (Ber) Weakest number 6: Jordan Jenkins (Red) Strongest number 7s: Stefan Nielsen (Bir) or Connor Bailey (Gla) Weakest number 7: Ryan Kinsley (Scu)
  5. There's plenty riders who could be looking to be the league's number one this year I reckon: Jack Smith, Kyle Bickley, Alfie Bowtell, Ben Morley, Dan Thompson, Joe Thompson, Ryan Kinsley, Jason Edwards, Jordan Jenkins & Dan Gilkes.
  6. Personally think Belle Vue will top the league by a mile! May not win the league via the play-offs though!
  7. There's a big difference between wanting to know the team towards the end of February & demanding to know the team at the beginning of November though!
  8. Britain's top 3 have all chosen Poland & Sweden / Denmark over the UK. I'm glad that the top Aussies still want to race here!
  9. If they can't get anyone better, Auty & Shanes could be in their top 3!
  10. I agree, plus I've seen no "realistic" suggestions if riders better than Sedgmen - we shall see!
  11. Pickering is replacing Riss & Kildemand is replacing Barker, so Lynn have certainly strengthened there. Top rider could be Doyle, Holder or Fricke tbh. I just rate Doyle the highest! You must be one of the few who rate Ipswich lol!
  12. My pick for Berwick's riding order: 1) Chris Harris 2) Ty Proctor 3) Theo Pijper 4) Leon Flint 5) Ricky Wells 6) Jye Etheridge 7) Kyle Bickley
  13. Since Plymouth have 4 heat leaders & arguably the weakest Edward Kennett has to ride at number 1, I'd go with this riding order: 1) Edward Kennett 2) Ben Barker 3) Hans Andersen 4) Alfie Bowtell 5) Michael P Toft 6) Dan Gilkes 7) Henry Atkins. With track specialist Barker having an inside gate in the opening heat, gives Plymouth a good chance of starting off with a heat advantage against the opposition number 1!
  14. Or a challenge match against a foreign team, get Esbjerg over & I'm sure plenty of fans would come to watch Woffinden!
  15. It should be easy to challenge for the title, as a team only has to finish 4th out of 6! Heck a team spending all year in 5th could argue they are still challenging for the play-offs / title!
  16. In Poland I'd agree Musielak over Harris, in the UK not so sure. Looking at his Scunthorpe form you could argue Ellis overachieved at Sheffield, can he be as strong again?
  17. According to http://www.gbspeedway.com/2021/riderperf.php?mc1=x&mc2=x&mc3=pf&mc4=x&rider=Jordan Palin&league=B&sort=date&comp=All&club=Scunthorpe Scorpions&reload=Y#mobile_stats Palin rode 19 matches at reserve & 2 in the top 5. Thomas rode all matches at reserve. I do feel there isn't a lot between all the RS's but someone has to be the best & someone else the worst!
  18. Palin was certainly the weakest Prem RS last year & if you look at his average away from Scunthorpe, it's far below Thomas.
  19. Got fed up waiting for Belle Vue to complete their team so I could compare all the teams: Strongest number 1: Jason Doyle (Ips) Weakest number 1: Michael P Toft (Pet) Strongest number 2: Richard Lawson (KL) Weakest number 2: Ulrich Ostergaard (Pet) Strongest number 3: Craig Cook (She) Weakest number 3: Troy Batchelor (Ips) Strongest number 4: Chris Harris (Pet) Weakest number 4: Erik Riss (Ips) Strongest number 5: Steve Worrall (Wol) Weakest number 5: Cameron Heeps (Ips) Strongest number 6: Richie Worrall (KL) Weakest number 6s: Drew Kemp or Leon Flint (Wol) Strongest number 7: Tom Brennan (BV) Weakest number 7: Jordan Palin (Pet) Strongest number 8: Danyon Hume (Ips) Weakest number 8: Jake Mulford (KL)
  20. If true, not sure why Oxford would take him on loan? The purpose of their NL team should be to build an asset base for future Cheetahs riders, not Wolves riders! I wouldn't want to use a rider on loan from a club who he's never ridden for!
  21. Tbh I don't see Palin getting many rides there, anyway unless you can afford Polish wages, can't ask riders not to race elsewhere!
  22. A squad system requires more riders, but we currently have lots of doubling up due to lack of riders!
  23. Simplest option would be to lower the points limit & use the best remaining NL riders at the bottom of teams.
