    I would be very surprised if Glasgow were to move up i think they have mentioned in the past they are not interested.

    Indeed still going strong after 57 seasons, despite when we started all the big clubs thinking we would last a season.

    I would like to think Morris will be back more so as a way of thanking Berwick for getting him back into British speedway. The crack going around last night was that both the danes are happy to come back for 2026.

    Not the same i agree, but we have at Berwick Newcastle fans even a Rye House fan who proudly wear our merchandise

    80mile round trip hmm. In 1981 when Berwick had no home track we had to make to begin with a 340 mile round trip to Barrow, 240 mile round trip to Workington, and a 200 mile round trip to Glasgow for our home meetings. Even now a large percentage of our fans can make a 50 - 120mile round trip for our home meetings.

    2 Leagues move Poole up let them ride on a Wednesday. Championship 8 teams 2H 2A 14 home meetings guaranteed. Designated dates like football for Cup meetings Redcar beat us {Berwick } in 1/4 Final in May riding Semi-Final 4 months later unreal.

    How many points have we lost due to lack of support from the bottom 3. We should have been nailed on for a playoff place instead a bit like my school reports could do better. Get the top 4 signed up for 2026 ASAP.
