  1. We don't seem to like riding the last four Heats when we are away from Home. Roll on Sunday.
  2. CLASSIC!!! You are right JL. I don't say this often Blazeaway - BUT - you are right too.
  3. It's all about opinion - I happen to agree with you - BUT - his Tattoos, as I said earlier are nobody's business but his own Blazeaway. Probably a lot of younger folk will think they are brilliant. Bad job if we all thought the same thing about everything - wouldn't it?
  4. You could be wrong about that E I Addio. Isn't there something in Law that states - Previous Convictions are NOT to be taken in to account or even mentioned until AFTER the Jury has pronounced it's Verdict in a Trial? This is done so as not to prejudice the Jury. Mentioning them on here could therefore prejudice the Jury should any one of them read about it on here. A Billion to One chance I admit - but - it IS possible. COR!!! Black Jacks - I loved them. :approve:
  5. No. ................... but he should not need to worry about losing the Shower Gel in the Shower.
  6. No - and you don't have to reply to it either. I Posted as I did as I was attempting to back up the stance that the Mods had taken. That is the way it was meant.
  7. Here's hoping for a good, safe, close Meeting. I am keeping my fingers crossed that we can keep those 'Johnny Rebs' in sight - so that we can blow them away on Sunday.
  8. I am not Posting anything about this until the FULL facts are known and the Verdict given to the Court by the Jury.
  9. I don't like Tai's Tattoos or his piercings - his ears make him look like 'Big Ears' out of Noddy. That said - those things are HIS business, NOT ours. The youngsters today seem to be 'in' to that kind of thing. Good luck to them - just not my cup of tea. That said - he IS one hell of a Speedway Rider and THAT is why he is World Champion, nothing to do with the piercings or tattoos. I was prepared not to like Tai because of the way he looked, however, I was wrong. He is a very personable young man who, if he carries on the way he has so far, will be a huge asset to our Sport for years to come hopefully. I certainly hope that he wins the Championship again next year. GOOD LUCK in the future Tai - you deserve it.
  10. I'm a bit surprised at you Mr.M. I hope Redcar do well this Evening and I also hope Newcastle do well in their efforts in the damned Play Off Competition too. (I don't like the 'Play Offs - in case you didn't know).
  11. I don't know a lot about the Statistics - BUT - I would take the word of Riders who have smashed in to ALL types of Fences. THEIR experiences are Testing enough for me. If the Riders Approve them - then they should be provided. We NEED to make our Speedway Tracks as SAFE as possible for the Riders. Someone mentioned hitting Fences on the Straight - that can cause bad crashes too, as can those where Riders hit the Track itself. (Ricky Ashworth/Tomasz Gollob). We can only make the Sport as safe as possible - BUT - sadly Accident/Injury will always happen in Speedway because THAT is the nature of the beast - it is a VERY dangerous Sport.
  12. You were doing soooooooooo well too. First Paragraph is excellent. You let it fall to pieces after that.
  13. First out of the Gate usually wins in Formula 1 too. He won't watch Speedway because of that. VERY odd. Talking about BORING - you can't beat Formula One for that. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
  14. I agree about Skidmore boz - he was very consistent at Newcastle.
  15. I couldn't agree more. Any advice on where to drop an e-mail would be welcome. Yes - there are those, like me, who honestly believe that Briggo won it - but the Sport was not fashionable enough for the BBC.
  16. I'm beginning to think you could be right. I think he is a great advertisement for British Speedway. :approve:
  17. Thank you for Posting the 'Link' topaz325. I thought Tai did very well in his Interview. I am more impressed each time I see him. :approve:
  18. A great shame. Glasgow Speedway has a great History. Let's just hope it can continue.
  19. Blimey gustix - you are older than me. We have to give Tai a chance - as I said earlier he seems a nice young chap and he will mature with age and experience, as will his charisma.
