Well done to Gollob to finally make it to the top step, he simply had to win it this year with the main contenders struggling for various reason throughout the season. Congrats on a great meeting to Bomber as well.

Is he not top of the Swedish averages as well, I think he will come good in the gp's he just seems to be a rider that takes a while to get to the top, for instance it was only 2 years ago and he was acheiving a similar sort of average as Harris in the uk.

Why compare the SWC with overinflated Elite and premier league costs? Surely you compare it on a like for like basis. Which means this round is overproced compared to round 1, what are the charges for the run off and final?

A couple of things, Red Bull would not have any chance of bringing a McLaren to any sort of event. Why would they bring an F1 car to a speedway event, they were showcasing their cars in Northampton to over 300,000 people over that weekend, plus millions around the world via tv. As for running the f1 car past the castle, well Red Bull did that in the week before Silverstone all be it around the houses of Parliament to promote F1.

I feel that qualifying for the semis deserves some reward, as they have done better than riders who did not qualify for the Semi's. We often see many riders on the same amount of points for the last semi spot, therefore the riders who qualified should get rewarded.

Totally uncalled for, and totally wrong IMO, Holder is impressive on the bike and always looks very controlled, never in a million years have I ever thought he is an accident waiting to happen. I agree, there should be some sort of reward for reaching the Semi's and the final etc. I understand that they reduced the points to stop a runaway winner but I think they have gone to far on this occasion. Crump is getting back there, and had he not been injured I do feel he would have actually gone on to retain a word title, which IMO is the only blot on his record.

Silly imo I dont know why he has not got a fixed spoiler on it so he can try and get away with having his wheel spinning at the start. Saying that Miedinzki got caught doing it last night. however I believe your original post to be wrong.

Pretty much agree with you ref Harris. I expected a lot more from Pedersen and can only see his partnership with Andersen only being beneficial if they can develop a relationship. One thing I think the scoring has to be tweaked is the scoring I dont get why you are not rewarded for getting into the semi's and finals How many riders tied on 13 points?

Pete it would probably be best to pm the mods as well. It makes me laugh though as the previous years competition is still a sticky thread but yet people feel the need to poke their noses into this one! I would like to swap to Lindgren as capt please.

Enjoyed that, there was some cracking action on track, with a few surprises, Holder set the tone going past Crump very feorcefully however Crump was too good form in the end, lets hope it continues!
