  1. Theres always a silver lining then - you are sure to go unbeaten at home for at least 5 weeks - that will be the best run of the year
  2. He could trigger the guaranteed buy back clause that was set in the deal....
  3. It looks like they have tried to keep certain pairings together for continuity but that becomes difficult when both reserved move up! All have performed to such a similar level that the traditional heat leader/second string/reserve distinction isnt really there and so there are no 'natural' positions for any 1 of them!
  4. In last weeks post meeting video that you can find on twitter he mentions it https://twitter.com/i/status/1154633211911331840
  5. Any advance on 3? Do I see 4? Going going........whos gone?
  6. TBF that can be Batch when riding for his own side if the mood is right/wrong
  7. Glad you enjoyed the meeting Bruno and that you at least got to witness 13 heats after my confident prediction of no rain!! Sounds like a horrible journey home. The state of the roads and constant closures which rarely seem to correct much is such a frustration
  8. Thanks BB for reminding me theres always a silver lining
  9. Covatti rode in great pain for Somerset. Ideally needs rest so a guest booking wouldnt be top of his wish list - next.......
  10. The 3% hit and is a doozy of a spectacle Glad we got to a result. A few hard fought heats without being as spectacular as the storm. Witches had to work hard to overcome the Wolves and 'Chiris I Durno what Im doing'
  11. Perhaps Barry has upped his price thinking that Boro are in a desparate position.....
  12. Chances of storm very minor and isolated - just 3% in last forecast I saw and certainly nothing looks like that is wrong to the eye on the ground either so far today All should be set fair - bring your umbrella mind as you may need it as a parasol instead
  13. The odd lump and bump and slightly rougher surface actually improves the racing IMO as it generally slows the races down just a tad and/or means the shortest way isnt always the quickest way round Its good to see Poole looking much improved and safe and back to providing the chance to race on as it traditionally had
  14. Everyone needs to see if their cupboard has the 1972 Nike waffle racing flat moon shoe trainer lurking within - if you have you could be very happy. A pair just sold for £350k !! If all else fails it could at least be an apt new username for someone - 1972 Nike Waffle Racing has quite a ring to it
  15. Agree - it will be hard work to get it right Fingers crossed they are successful
