  1. When Sedgemen is the answer you really are in a bad place to be asking the question.....
  2. Which is the standard position that would apply to every team.....
  3. Pre season for me Swindon were 2nd favourites behind Wolves Between Wolves issues with injuries and Swindons changes I think the Robins are now in pole position Any Witches win in this one will be a great achievement and a real boost. If we slip to a defeat (whilst disappointing) it shouldnt be seen as anything more negative I still think the lads can take this despite the challenges
  4. Ignoring the fact that the most appropriate gap of sufficient length was missed also - October til March.....
  5. Valid point - certainly Harris would not have been a great draw for Glasgow fans Id expect there was a pecking order with the riders choosing and its likely Wight had Hobsons.....
  6. Lets wait and see if there is any post meeting reaction.....
  7. If Swindon are missing Musi then it will be a big blow for them - he really did look awesome in his first visit Gonna be tough for the Witches regardless. Doyle will only improve on his last showing, Batchelor seems to be one of the most in form riders anywhere right now and Ellis will do well too. The lower end chipping in or otherwise will be key Im confident we will have enough to take 3 points but certainly not a gimme and Id expect Swindon to take a point Good luck to Eddie on his debut - sure to get a rousing welcome from the Massif
  8. Echo that My lad in the middle of his GCSEs had to stay at home with grandprents rather than come away on holiday with us during the half term because of the pressure to do extra lessons and revision Personally Im not convinced the approach has benefitted him too much. A bit more fun and relaxation couldve put him in a better frame of mind and helped him just as much
  9. I think you are spot on Baggy Whilst there is certainly a better rider inside there than we have seen from Bellego at some point you have to say enough is enough a try someone different Eddie may not be a guaranteed success but Id be amazed if he doesnt at least match Bellegos scores to date. Indeed aside from knocking a team mate off as well he cant do worse than the zero return we got in some of the meetings so far.....
  10. To be fair to Baldy it was 8 from 5 which is an average of just 6.4 For a rider at home who started on an average of 7.8 and no longer riding at No1 thats not fantastic. Granted its no disaster either
  11. Bellegos rolling average is still around 5.80 so would he fit? His 2019 average is 4.40 btw......
  12. I dont think that the Championship even gets a mention in the international priority listing......
  13. I understand after yesterdays rain the track was literally flooded with standing water yet by this afternoon was almost bone dry. Very difficult task to get it into any kind of order Probably damp deepdown and a dry crust which then needed water but caused the patchy effect Given the circumstances I think Bob did a sterling job
  14. Difficult conditions spoilt the spectacle rather. Hard work out there tonight with it very inconsistent but you couldnt tell where the patchy bits were as it looked perfect!! Goid win and stopped the pussycats getting a point so some positives Onwards and upwards. If Nuts is out for any length of time Id pur RR at 2
  15. I believe that once the initial order is declared if a facility is needed it has to stay in the same position as that rider was declared in
  16. Perhaps its a case of quantity over quality......
