  1. Has been a very tough few weeks for JJ with a series of falls and knocks which have hampered him, and limited his scoring somewhat, after an exceptional start to the season A great shame for him and the team
  2. Following his captains lead - seems its the Belle Vue way
  3. I know people won't like it said but in a healthy and thriving professional sport this type of set up would be expelled from the league (or never accepted in the first place)
  4. And the winner of the most irrelevant post of the year goes to........ YOU! Congratulations
  5. Lynn are effectively rotating Harrison and Scott by tedeclaring between meetings as required so at thd moment yes he is declared in their side and isn't available The answer may be different tomorrow depending on which way thd wind is blowing
  6. The track was a disgrace, the pits were a mess, the changing rooms were dirty etc Basically that everything about Birmingham wasn't fit for top level speedway
  7. I like interviews with Nicolai - always provides honest and well articulated responses without the predictable safe management speak you get from most sportsmen
  8. Irrelevant comparison with Becker missing and Masters deliberately not scoring in order to ensure the RR position stayed at 2nd in the averages......
  9. Let's hope he is allowed to bring his best self let alone any special equipment The Torun press release was very clear that they thought his performance was a result of rest and treatment without the inconvenience of riding elsewhere......
  10. Sad news. So many iconic images produced by his craftsmanship. RIP
  11. The entry to bend 3 looks like it has had Mario Kart banana skins thrown on it.....
  12. Looks incredibly uncomfortable - I diagnose Bradyitis....
  13. I think everyone deserves a second chance - however didn't he already have that after a previous 'incident'.......
  14. Incredible commitment - pride and loyalty powers through the pain
  15. Well here I am - just returned from my counselling session. Unfortunately my therapist couldn't provide any resolution for my feelings of disappointment that Kings Lynn failed to win a speedway meeting
  16. That average is from 2019 and therefore completely obsolete and irrelevant to what he should be IF he were to hold his nose and grace the UK again for another mini stint The Brit reduction is also for initial declaration only
  17. Didn't Lambert ride 6 meetings in 2023 (his most recent mercenary adventure ) and average 9.60 - surely this should be his average...... I am aware there is only 2 home meetings in the sample but it is still the most accurate reflection of his standing
  18. But if they had 'a proper no1' they would need to also have a 3 point reserve to partner the RS replacing two of the existing 7 Can't see that making them any better off....
  19. Kvech will get the headlines but Lynn won this because Lawson and Klindt pulled their fingers out in the 2nd half if the meeting
  20. Will be interesting to see what happens next weekend as his statement signed him off for 7 days and his next Polish meeting is I believe on Saturday and therefore within that time frame.....
  21. A very different story to the post match summary from his Polish team manager who stated there was almost no sign of the injury and rhythm would return with more riding.....
