Presumably its because Perry is still the official designated 'no7' If he isnt then Stokes replaced him (rather than Porsing/MPT) and he could not be part of the 1-7 without MC permission to be reintroduced and he would not have fitted.

agree it is a frustrating trend in general and one of the problems we face.This match though was one where had we been 12 down and lost by 24 no one would bat an eyelid as that was expected. Perhaps Im a bit too pragmatic.
