I echo the thoughts that this team is more than capable of getting to the play offs and then being competitive when they do. Half term report is "could do better" but can still get top marks in the end of year exam with some hard work.

Im a relative newcomer to the forum in many ways and I didnt know Sharron. However as you pick through the dynamic of places like the BSF you soon get a feel for those who use or in some cases previously extensively used it. Some of those names seem to weave into the fabric of the forum and become its 'folklore' so to speak. Shazzy appears to me to be one of those. My thoughts go to all her family and friends. RIP.

Sept 5th is ridiculously late to have a LC semi but then to be missing a rider because it clashes with a known international date is quite unbelievable!

Thanks for the comments on Cam. Main thing is he didnt look troubled by the injury. Bound to be a bit rusty. Hope he can get a few more spins in elsewhere this week and blow the cobwebs away before his return. I think I am right in thinking it would be our first meeting with our own full 1-7?

Totally agree that it is right for Chris to come out and back Phil. If he didnt then the only other choice would be to sack him. If there are any aspects of Phils approach to the job that Chris isnt 100% happy with then I wouldnt expect to hear about in in the media at all either. Quite rightly that should/would be in house. rule is the one rider above and all below. Sarjeant listed to ride at 2 so todays interpretation of the rule is everyone can take an r/r as No1 is above him in the programme and the rest are all below. Ratified by the MC in the best interests of speedway as its a Sky match.wink

I liked Jonnys post above mostly for the last line. I think thats what we all want. Also agree with the general sentiment albeit that these 2 conversations were rather more candid than most sporting interviews.
