  1. Its all going for GB tonight! Come on Steady prove that sods law exists!
  2. cant have an unsatisfactiry start when the incident is on turn 2 - youre a Edinburgh fan so should be very aware of that! wink
  3. perhaps a reflection that a number of those weren't there. Hopefully they will be back and see more of last nights type of performance. All 7 looked sharp quick and focussed and all credit to them for it.
  4. Top notch all round performance. Hopefully a sign of things to come. Showings like this will soon see any calls for changes die away. Interesting to see the after meeting spins of Ruml and Sissis. Ruml looked smooth and stylish although difficult to gauge how quick he was out on his own. One for next year maybe??
  5. Impressive from Charles Wright - entered bend 3 done a anticlockwise 360 followed by a clockwise 360 and stayed on. Deserved a point for artistic impression!
  6. It might be No2 and the juggernaut slowed down but the wheels are not off yet. The next couple of weeks will test how tight the nuts are though. Personally I expect to see a fully serviced Monarchs back on the road very soon.
  7. I admit Ive swayed both ways in terms of would I favour a change or not. Generally Ive come down in favour of no change. This team is good enough to challenge at the sharp end of the season. Lets stick with it and see where it ends up. Quite often the title via a play off goes to a team that has made a change following a poor start which I have thought of as a hollow victory (I dont expect the fans of those teams will agree!!) The best may still be to come from our team. Lets hope so but as the cliche goes what ever will be will be. Up the Witches.
  8. hope its just a one off Baldy and that you miss the entertainment this week.
  9. It seems very unlikely there will be changes and Im not particularly disappointed if there isnt. Lets hope that the team repays the faith shown in them. So long as I see and feel that they are all giving 100% thats fine by me. So far Ive not felt that any have let me down in that respect (aside from Rohans admission early doors) So onwards and hopefully upwards for the Witches! I'll go for a solid 50-40 home win.
  10. Totally agree and thats how it will be for 90% of riders. When you see any talented young rider you always want to see them succeed and its easy to predict a great future. With regard to progress I see its often in 3 year cycles and usually if the next step isnt acheived but the end of a 3 year cycle then thats where the rider finds their level.
  11. I can easily see us ending up 'at par' as things are. Of course we all know that we are capable of going away andpicking up a couple more wins with or without changes. Still dreaming of 6th place and a purple patch to finish.
  12. Any news on Leigh yet? What was the main concern for him to need to go to hospital? All the best to ya fella - hope its not too bad.
