  1. I think the only reason he has been singled out is that he is the best example this year.Agree that he could still be worthwhile on a 5. Thats just the point - if they are good enough they are more than welcome. If not then team takes the risk of the shortfall. If they are not good enough they shouldnt be here.
  2. I rate Worky highly and they should provide a stern test. They have riders that go well at Foxhall (we have chosen JG RB RW as guests previously) whilst Howarth and Campton have generally been competitive on their visits. With the recent improved form of Cam and Adam we should have too much depth and be able to send the Comets home empty handed. 50-40 Up the Witches!
  3. One ride into his Panthers career and Dilger already replaced. lol
  4. the lower one. Would make teams think before just bringing over a donkey on a hunch. Could potentially use a floor limit instead as a half way house. ie assessed 7 couldnt fall below 6 and assessed 5 not below 4.
  5. could still use the real average for team position and facilities.
  6. Whilst it seems RocketBen is being a tad harsh one point I do agree with him on us that riders should retain their starting assessed average if they dont achieve a higher real one.
  7. Often British youngsters are critisised for expecting it all on a plate and not being willing to put themselves out. Thats not something you can level at Jo. 2nd season at PL level and he has been prepared to go up to Glasgow and now Workington. Hope it goes well for him.
  8. sit in the stand and wind up the locals - that should get a few emotions flowing and lonlieness wont be one of them. wink
  9. Well done to the boys. If we can back up this win with even a point at Boro Id say thats enough to secure a play off place Chin up Richie W - your chance to make a difference is still to come when it really matters.
  10. Could certainly go either way. The new signings could over perform on debut adrenaline or be below par due to being rusty. Intriguing fixture as a result particularly as the destination of the points could go a long way to deciding who gains a place in the play offs. Hopeful that the Witches can do the business at at least pick up a draw.
  11. So my assumption was correct albeit due to my own confusion over the U21 date! Still think the Witches can pull this one off. Cam and Adam to shine.
  12. absolutely no blame attached to the messenger.quite the opposite its good to have these things pointed out as I for one dont trawl the Polish site for info.
  13. Possibily not - however the jist of my post was more that I dont see there being any great change from the current approach rather than definitive list of riders.
  14. Just as all the talk of changes seems to die down theres a post on the Boro thread stating that Dilger chose the Panthers over an offer from the Witches! No thanks - lucky escape IMO.
  15. lucky escape for us Witches Id say! Better off with what we have.
  16. I thought the U21s was Saturday as well hence thinking he was missing. If its Sunday then he may well be there.Sorry!! Edit - perhaps if the clubs had bothered with previews with less than 48 hrs to tapes up we wouldnt be guessing
  17. Witches will need Cam and Adam on form as each will take an r/r with Gino away at the U21s.
  18. If the Witches want to show they are worth a play off place this is a meeting they need to win. Up to the boys to show they want it and are good enough. Witches win by between 2&6 for me.
  19. with 3 changes you have to redeclare under the 42.50 limit and cant just use the totals. In this case -1.20 so the 3 can only total 16.99 unless its 3 like for like changes where each average is under that of the rider replaced.
