I thought Spedeworth had only recently renewed their controlling lease. This of course may be unaffected by the sale of the freehold ownership of the land. Cant see what difference a few hundred miles makes when you're leaving home and travelling half way round the world!! Id say feeling welcome and trusting those you are dealing with would be most important along with the level of back up you feel you will receive.

Its not about his starting average more about whether he meets the criteria for a visa at all.
