He took gate 2 in heat 15 leaving Tabaka with the iffy gate 4 when needing a heat advantage to get a point. Then shot off and allowed Ben and Rohan to team ride a 3-3. I have just asked him why and he said he would not have been confident of getting past if didnt make it off 4. (which surprised me given his dominance all night) He said they felt it was a better plan for him to go out and win it and just see how it went for Tabaka.

If he does feel fit then testing himself this week is a good move. If he comes through it then its all systems go for the play offs with a full team and happy days! If not he and the Witches find out without ruining our play off hopes.

As much as I would love to see Ben back the most important issue his his health. I would rather Ben not ride and we miss out on a trophy than see him come back too soon and cause himself long term damage.

Just had a quick glance at updates site. I could see3 Glasgow visits with scores of 4 from 5 and two of 2 from 4.
