Kurtz showing better form in Aus this morning................will he blow it like he can be prone to do.
-
And you think Hampel, Kolodziej or Madsen would do better than Hans? Why is Shanes not announced makes no sense at all
-
a whole 0.13....personally i would expect nothing between them on the average front....can see both suffering a few gremlins / bad rides early on freeing up some points
-
correct nothing between them but listening to the 2 usual Poole suspects you would think Poole are miles better lol
-
My opinion is that Poole look like a top side..............is that not enough for you??? Talking about ramming opinions down peoples throats have a little look at what Shovlar posts before you criticise others. Oh and ive been right loads of times thanks..................how did KK do last season? .........did poole win the league?? just a couple of things i got spot on lol
-
Woryna is no doubt better than Ellis but lets see when they race next season in the UK Never said Zach was as good and voted for the risky Pole.................try reading the post I will say Musielek will obtain a better average than Josh. Kurtz has never so far managed to better than Morris in our top flight.....but again you fail to read my post Sundstrom isnt even signed yet. Did Holder do better than Batchelor last season?? Some of you Poole fans are so far up your own backsides when assessing your own team so blinkered its unreal....... Heard all this crowing last Jan-March about how wonderful the Poole team was and look what happened......would hate to see you all in that position again
-
Is that the Jonny foreigner Heeps who has British parents and British patriality????? Im sure Poole will bomb Shanes out .....cant have a young brit there for to long now
-
I would have Ellis over Woryna in the UK yes. Who knows Woryna could fly but i would rather have proven ability over here. Josh G isnt getting any better, Musielek is and will improve his average. The Poole side looks good enough for top 4 i agree but head and shoulders above anything else???? Leicester and the rumoured Belle Vue team look stronger to me and Swindon have put a good side together. This Poole team has a lot of risks attached. Holder looks on a downward spiral and the rumour is he is only at Poole because he has no choice. The 2 Poles could bring their form from abroad or simply flop. And as of yet the final signing isnt in. Kurtz needs to step up which he has the potential to do. Looks a top 4 side but time will tell.........i remember all the gloating around this time last season!! Still as Shovlar is telling everyone Poole are the best side i guess we wont have to read his crap about 'Poole being underdogs' before every meeting
-
People missing the point entirely. Joe Jacobs needed to do 2 leagues not one so Belle Vue didnt take him on its as simple as that!! As for Shovlar talking about loyalty do us a favour and keep your mouth closed, Howarth, Newman, Ellis to name but 3 and now have an asset inPerks they dont wnat and would rather get in a Pole.........but thats ok beacuse its Poole hypocrite
-
Delusional or trolling? Kurtz v Morris.................Morris has shown himself to be the better rider in the UK but lets say equal Holder v Batch..............Again nothing in it 2 riders on the downgrade Josh v Musielek...........no contest Musielek every time ? v Bellego............so we dont know who the Poole rider is yet but it will have to be someone pretty good to be better than Bellego did last year Woryna v Ellis...................on Uk tracks you would have Ellis every time Saucepan v Zach..................abroad saucepan, over here who knows but im prepared to vote saucepan Shanes v Davey.................no contest Shanes every time Cant see for the life of me how Poole are superior in every department......................bit like last season then lol
-
Last season............. Poole will win the league at a canter, they have KK , a rider who only wants to ride for Poole and will be top of the averages, they also have the new turbo twins in Kurtz and Holder who will both be heat leaders by the end of the season, add into that they have Hans , a loyal club servant and solid number two. The other second string is Kyle Newman, another loyal Poole rider loves the club and this will be a big season for him. Then just look who is in reserve , Klindt , a number one at Leicester will be racking up big scores left right and centre and then the best young prospect in Shanes............as if a team like Swindon with Adam Ellis not deemed good enough by Poole, and riders like Bellego and the weak second heat leader in Nick Morris get anywhere near the mighty pirates...............hmm how did that go lol This season.......... A rider with massive potential in Kurtz who is so far ahead of Nick Morris its laughable, then we now have Holder and we all know he will add at least 5 points on his starting average now he is back at Poole......Josh G will be solid, and then well these 2 Poles will add at least 3 or 4 points on to their average, how can anyone else compete!!!
-
Priceless Howarth, Ellis, Newman anybody to name but 3
-
Joe Jacobs can't make doing one league pay. There are second tier clubs that wanted him but he also needed a team in the top flight. He is sensational at the NSS and I agree that no other top flight top team would take him on that average. He has been the victim of his own success as his average is to high. Still its good to see the chuckle brothers , Shovlar and MattFordFan showing that they still have opinions that are polar opposite to the rest of the forum bless them
-
Ask Adam Ellis (or his dad) and Kyle Newman how they felt with regards to the loyalty shown by Poole
-
do me a favour buddy and read the thread and posts properly!! Mr Shovlar said that Jacobs isnt good enough to ride in the top flight. Quite obviously that is total rubbish as his average of over 5 in a harder league proves. Yes nobody has signed him as his average is probably to high to get a place in the top flight and if you read things you would realise he wants to ride in both leagues as he cant afford to just ride in one. Im fighting no losing battle ....just your inability to read and understand things
-
Stunned Poole have let Hans go, great team man and captain and always likely to maintain his average. MInd you Poole let Newman go last season , loyalty doesnt mean a lot these days
-
Joe Jacobs not good enough!!! Your talking absolute tosh as always. Averaged over 5 in the 2016 season. If anything he did to well!! Another Brit lost to the sport....... Steve Shovlars idea of a rider not good enough is as follows: 9+3 v Wolves .........main reserve Howarth 8 v Swindon.......main reserve Wright 7+1 v Poole...........up against Pedersen and Newman 10 v Leicester...........main reserve Auty 8 v Poole.......Pedersen and Newman again. Wont be up against that calibre this season yet Shovlar thinks he isnt good enough lol
-
I think that if Holder joined Poole then Kurtz will have a higher average then Chris by the end of the season. The only issue i can see with Kurtz is that he throws the odd stinker of a race in , sometimes 2 a meeting, scoring 3,2,3,0,2 for example. At the end of the day its 10 from 5 but if he can eradicate the odd ride (sometimes overriding as well) he could easily score 13-14 every meeting. As of yet Brady isnt at Nick Morris level in the UK but he could this season
-
Still think Poole will need to get a good second heat leader in to rival the pairings of Morris/Batchelor and Cook/Fricke
-
On paper Kurtz is one of the weakest but for sure he has the most potential. Needs to step up to the level of Morris in the elite league as a minimum this season i would say. Poole going down the strength in depth route but as of yet not found a second and third heat leader to back up Kurtz
-
I dont hink it will be that easy for Swindon to an easy 4 points, Poole could draw at home
-
Poole will be there or thereabouts no doubt. And where did i say Tungate was better than Kurtz? Just nice for Belle Vue fans to see their second string doing well. Plus why arent Poole fans up in arms about Holder not riding in the Aussie champs?? They very vocal about Tai not doing the British Final so im assuming they must have the same thoughts regarding Holder
-
Seems Poole right to get rid of Jack Holder didnt do that well in oz today. Kurtz did ok but beaten by a Belle Vue heat leader and Belle Vue second string shows that he could possibly be the weakest number one in the league. Josh Pickering looked good maybe someone in the top flight might take a chance on him
-
Looked a neat and tidy rider when i saw him at Ippo if not a little raw at times
-
Good result for Aces fans this morning seeing Tungate win the meeting and Fricke third................bodes well to have your second and third heat leaders doing well. Good result from Josh Pickering , maybe he might be looked at as a reserve option somewhere?
