How is Brennan allowed to guest

Cooper is obviously a top talent but he is getting a reputation…. Unfairly in some cases He was rightly excluded last night I think he was wrongly excluded in the Etheridge incident But to say he didn’t kick out is just deluded it’s pretty obvious

Poole lost at Berwick last month but went back a much stronger side with a strong guest … r/r for a rider who scored 4 last time and a ringer reserve and were hot favourites to win but that was an epic choke Poor management and over riding costing victory

Missing the point Lawson has messed us around before … isn’t a team player and isn’t liked by the other riders much Nobody is suggesting you don’t put your family first …. But to let the team down at nearly 5pm is wrong He isn’t liked at Ipswich but I’ve no issue if he is good as gold for Poole Doesnt do parade and doesn’t come round after the meeting either i think Ipswich and the fans have had enough

So it’s ok for Poole fans not to want Bowes at the start of the season but not ok for Ipswich fans to not want Lawson lol All a bit precious on the south coast

Vast majority of Ipswich fans want him gone He may be fine for Poole but not for us Maybe now Poole fans won’t see him through rose tinted specs

You read his post? We all put family first but he has all day to sort this and decided to tell the club at nearly 6pm which is shocking He has let Ipswich down already and he is the worst team man I’ve ever seen He needs to be sacked

But as he says he had all day to find someone to look after his child and didn’t and then let Ipswich know around 5.40pm tonight and that’s shocking when he could have told the club this morning he might have an issue The man is a liability for us a team man and not one Ipswich fan has a good word to say about him … we want people that give 110% for our club … Lawson doesn’t give a crap ….. you all might think the sun shines out of his ass your welcome to him

No but in 10 home meetings this season only TWO sides have visited with a full 1-7…… what goes around come around … Poole even rode Oxford last night who were missing 2 heat leaders When you went to Edinburgh they had no Dan T Tonight Harrison scoring what Cook usually does and pleas don’t count Bowes is a 5 point reserve lol … Wood with 3 plus 1 doing as well as Bowes would

All ifs buts and maybes but Brennan scored 7 over 2 legs from 8 rides … even if he had scored 8 at home and 5 away we would have won … Well done Leicester a likeable team with a top manager Didn’t Scotts interview tell a tale!!

Just checking everything is ok with you as you mention me in every post it’s a bit of an obsession and I’m making sure the nurses have given you your medication I’m just glad we have speedway at Foxhall and no I’ve not attended much this season as the team lacks excitement … the track is worse than ever and the presentation is appalling …. Sadly I don’t actually miss it and I’m sure there are lots of supporters not just of Ipswich but many other clubs who are finding the season as a whole a bit boring … the Sheffield fans I spoke to said the same

I get your point and on many levels I agree with you … Aussie qualifiers are tricky you have to do the Aussie champs which Doyle doesn’t as he is based and settled in the UK…. Unsure about Fricke situation…… but yes if Doyle wants to be in the series he could make the effort to do the qualifiers My point was that people bang on and on about ‘new blood’ in the GP’s and getting rid of certain riders…. I want the best 15 out there and like any qualification system you will never get that … the one off world finals had the 5 eastern block riders when quite clearly there was probably a dozen at least riders who missed out on the one offs. My point is now we have 2 riders … one new and one who has done it before and they simply are not as good as the riders they replacing ….. I would prefer Doyle and Fricke as they are better than Tungate and Nilsson by a mile …. But yes they didn’t do the qualifiers

I know they qualified on merit but to see Tungate and Nilsson in the GP at the expense of Doyle and Fricke is just so poor

I’ve said numerous times I want Kurtz to win the title As good as Zmarzlik is I would like someone else to win it and if it can’t be Bewley this season then Kurtz What I stand by is that Kurtz will not give 100% if he has a GP coming up…. You can say that’s fair enough and I wouldn’t necessarily disagree He is a lightning starter so may well score big points before a GP when he gates… he isn’t going to bust a gut before a gp and try hard when missing the gate Look at the Northampton meeting last week as prime example I just think riders like Bewley Doyle and Holder if in Kurtz position would still ride hard for their clubs I’m not saying Kurtz is right or wrong but you have to admit it happens

Try that bit harder is a daft but expectrd comment Belle Vue have built a team that are so good at home (the correct thing to do) that really over 2 legs they should beat everyone Nice of you to notice that we aren’t as good as last season but still in with a chance of the play offs ….. you know what they are as whenever you have come up against Ipswich in those you do get beat … luckily for you we was in the other semi in 2024 Very hard to defend a title as you will know after limping into 4th last season after winning it in 2024…. Think maybe Ipswich might limp into 4th this season after winning it in 2025… seems both our clubs are the same but at least in 2025 you didn’t lose your owner and nearly lose your club and where able to keep your top riders and not have to build almost from scratch but still you struggled Oh and regards Doyle it’s always wise to check facts before posting …. He asked Paul Hurry about riding for Ipswich the weekend of the Manchester GP…. Hurry declined saying he would have to release 3 riders to do that ….call that stupid yes possibly …. But to say Doyle gave us a wide berth is just made up by yourself but hey if you feel better go for it Personally I think it’s great Doyle is back … also means over 2 legs Belle Vue will beat the weakest Ipswich team in years over 2 legs now You will/should win the league unless Sheffield can get a superstar replacement for Holder … Will be a huge choke if you don’t (unless of course Kurtz, who I want to win the title) has an important GP the weekend after the final

Don’t get me wrong the Belle Vue track is by a mile the best track in the uk nothing comes close Just that sometimes it’s just as good watching at other tracks that require different sets of skills Our track at Ipswich is shocking this season and to be fair it’s never been that good …. But watching riders like Doyle and Emil miss the gate at Ipswich and then pick their way through is to me just as classy as seeing someone just stick it in the dirt and fly by Saw an interview with Todd Wiltshire and he said he would have loved the Belle Vue track and his favourite to ride was Bradford … then when asked about the skill of riding Bradford he said that was nothing compared to the skills of Darcy Ward , Mark Loram and Andrew Silver riding at Arena Essex

Yawn fest because one team so much better on their track If you want to see close racing try Ipswich v Northampton or Leicester v Northampton where the racing would be closer and require all round skills

Honestly the amount of garbage I read about who shouldn’t be in the Grand Prix I want the best 15 riders in the world … the GP challenge means you will occasionally get someone who might have one good meeting and qualify but I don’t want a young Pole or whatever just to ‘shake it up’ Doyle will probably never win another GP and of course he isn’t as good as he once was but he is in amongst the elite and to say he is not worthy of a place is crap
