  1. If you knew the amount of British youngsters that were contacted and rejected the spot then you might have a different opinion. Only reason Jordy is over for half a season instead of waiting till next season is because he become pretty much the only option.
  2. Won’t expect much from him this year, only jumped on a 500 in march when he turned 16. From now till the end of the season I would say is more of a learning time for him ahead of next year.
  3. Correct has British passport. Works out for the club with Kyran being injured for him to come in to the NDL as well.
  4. Monarchs new signing Jordy Loftus will also ride for the NDL side in place of the injured Kyran Lyden.
  5. You mean Loftus. However good bit of business and he’s one the good prospects coming through the system over there. Least with him coming in now instead of next season gets a feel for the British tracks.
  6. Jacob and Lasse most definitely helped keep the score much closer than it should have been. Thought Grahn and Sedgy both dropped silly points. Track didn’t help much last night either thought it was utter rubbish, no grip down low coming out the corners or out wide made it really difficult to pass. Was prepped like it was NDL meeting or as if they were expecting rain which there was none forecasted, not the first time this has happened recently.
  7. No cause someone was lined up to come in at reserve for after the Workington meetings. However they have since decided they don’t want to do it now hence why Mark is still there till a replacement is found.
  8. Well only Potentially Paco should be missing from this. Heeps injured can’t be helped, Gusts wasn’t originally in the Oxford team and the SGP2 was moved after a call off.
  9. Yeah but a joke this one but what are you supposed to do. Oxford turning up with 2 of their 7 riders. Heeps, injured, both reserves and Gusts away on SGP2 and SGP qualifying, unsure what Knudsen is doing probably the same. Fell it makes Oxford a touch stronger as Sam will more than likely have 7 rides and Hook and Lasse will be much better than Gusts and McDiarmid.
  10. The fact he’s worse than the big man speaks volumes.
  11. Who’s this Starke kid, must be a good prospect.
  12. Shroek has to be the worst manager in speedway history.
  13. Yes but he wasn’t injured, hence no replacement being allowed.
  14. Frustrating the ref wouldn’t let you replace someone who only had 2 rides. He really is thick.
  15. He’s not very good on tracks that you actually have to turn on.
  16. He did yes, quite astonishing the ref missed it to be honest. Anyway on the match feel we should’ve won be 12 easily chucked away a few points from silly mistakes.
  17. As you know there’s ways around this “capped wages”. A big juicy signing on fee that other clubs can’t offer for starters Then say for example covering covering travel and flight costs that riders need to partially pay as some clubs do cover some but not all of, all adds up.
  18. If my club had the financial backing they do then I’d be getting these guys in too. We’ve tried and been told they can’t fit UK into their schedule but now all of sudden they can.
  19. Nagel Danish rider, very good rider who’ll make a mockery of his 5.00 starting average. Glasgow should walk the league with him in the side.
