Grand Prix Speedway In Finland 2014-2016
WembleyLion replied to f-s-p's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I noticed this a few weeks ago and asked Ryanair why they had failed to notify me. They did not directly answer my question but said I was entitled to my money back which I knew anyway. I use Ryanair a lot for Speedway trips but frankly trying to communicate with them over anything is usually a complete waste of time in my experience. -

Gdansk is also quite easy to get to and from Torun - just under two hours away and mostly on very new and virtually empty motorway! -

Sadly there are far too many to mention them all but a few that stand out for me are:- Wembley where I first saw Speedway. I have really enjoyed trips to Hyde Road Belle Vue, The Shay Halifax and County Ground Exeter. Trelawny was a great experience as well! Now I'm based in Buckinghamshire it would be nice to have Milton Keynes back! Finally, I really hope the Isle of Wight does not join the list! -
I would like to add my thanks as well - you all do a great job - well done!

I think Tai is assured of a point from Ales Dryml (if Ales gets in front) who seemed to go out of his way to let Tai through in Stockholm. -

I enjoyed the meeting and have to agree to some of the above posts. Apart from giving some riders more track time I cannot think why Dudley were so intent on losing today.

Well done to Craig Cook breaking the track record in heats 1,5 and 15!

Grand Prix Speedway In Finland 2014-2016

I have travelled with Travel Plus and can highly recommend them. I also do my own thing quite regularly as for instance last week I did two meetings in Sweden and one in Denmark and as others have mentioned it is quite easy to organise this kind of travel in this day and age. I quite enjoy driving abroad so that might be a factor to take account of. Both options have their merits and are equally enjoyable in my experience. -
Tim - My wife said it would be better if I remained fully clothed!!

I enjoyed what was my third visit to Parken last night and I hope it will not be my last but it does not sound too encouraging! Well done to Darcy Ward and I hope AJ and Freddie will be back riding soon! Nice also to have a chat with racers and royals at the airport both yesterday and today! -

Wild Cards 2014
WembleyLion replied to PHILIPRISING's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Ward for sure and probably Iversen. Not so sure after that at the moment but no doubt the selectors would include a token Swede. -
I also agree Mike Lanham was somewhat over-shadowed. I remember Tim Hunt's early days and he looked very promising.

My apologies I thought the advertised start time was 7.00PM and not 7.15PM. I was mislead by the Speedway GP website!
