So after victory last sunday the Rebels prepare for a visit to Rye by facing the Elite team Poole. No Holder or Janowski (so much for full strength). Will still be hard with North riding well. Rebels: Grajczonek, Wright, Kurtz, Lanham, Worrall, Starke, Compton. Poole: Morris (g), North, Watt, Gomolski, R/R, Perks, Newman?

That mascot is nothing compared to Rebel Rooster.

What Are You Looking Forward To This Season?
SomersetBlue replied to Robinh88's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Getting one over on Edinburgh. Beating Worky and Jenga. -
He will be to busy moaning about his home team.
-
Except it wasn't just Somerset was it. That why Allen may be on his way out of Berwick is it? You say you know the facts but chose to ignore that one... Why? What is your trouble with Somerset eh?
-
Is your name forest gump haha. On a sidenote merry christmas rebels.
-
Yes i am a Somerset fan and i was replying to the comment where you said you was thick.
-
Yes we all know haha.
-
See your fishing rod is still working. Oh and cheats is the word your looking for? Cheetah is a land animal, dumbo.
-
Starman.... just give it up, even us Somerset supporters accept it. It has been one big farce. Naturally I don't think it is Somersets' fault.... but we accept the rules. All I ask is that others see it that way seeing as Berwick made the same mistake.
-
So who could come in?
-
This is absolutely ridiculous now. People sprouting things without full knowledge, or are you lot all knowing? There could be a loophole or anything that we don't know about. Leave my club alone and stop calling us cheaters. Any team would take an option to benefit them, somerset have done nothing wrong.
-
Oh and like none of the other clubs would snap at the chance to get Jack Holder on a 5.00? stop snapping at Somerset because your jealous because it is plain you are. Who here sniped Berwick? good enough for them, good enough for us end of. Would you complain if your club did it?

Wrighty is the oldest rider at 27
-
1. Grajczonek 2. T. Kurtz 3. B. Kurtz 4. Holder 5. Aspgren 6. Starke 7. Greenwood Seems the most likely at the moment.
-
Brady Kurtz 7.54 Jack Holder 5.00 Charles Wright 6.64 Rasmus Jensen 6.14 Nicoli Klindt 6.68 Leigh Lanham 4.92 Paul Starke 4.79 What you guys think?
-
That would be an awesome line- up as I think that Kyle will have an amazing season and will be a good 8.00 average imo.
-
Done a team (almost) with Josh back. Had to leave the reserves though as they are hard to predict. Plus I think personaly that one of them will have to be a fast track rider? Olly Allen Josh Grajczonek Brady Kurtz Jack Holder Paul Starke 34.37 leaving 8.03.
-
It is hard isn't it, i have been working on that for days. It is weak on paper as i said but not a lot of options available.
-
May seem weak on paper but a lot of potential in this team imo: Olly Allen 8.93 Brady Kurtz 7.54 Charles Wright 6.64 Todd Kurtz 5.86 Jack Holder 5.00 Paul Starke 4.79 Olly Greenwood 3.12 This team is a gamble but one that could pay off. It would require Starke to push on from this season to a second string, thus dropping Todd to reserve. Also young Holder to show the same promise that Brady did this season. At home this side would take some beating but away is where the question lies?
-
In the play off first leg, when he was on about young Brady. Can't remember his exact words as the mic is rubbish at the ota.
-
I think they might just sign him as an asset and then loan him to the Rebels. He isn't ready for Elite league just yet imo. Did anyone else hear Matt Ford mention we may be getting a rider of a similar mould to Brady next season, that could be Max Ruml? Seeing as it seems likely Jack Holder is Scorpions bound.
-
Stop twisting what I say please. I have said nothing of the above. Where have i said its fine what Aspgren did? No where. Yes it would be fair if the innocent rider in Morris had won us the league and Pontus had been excluded and fined. Its true that the ref gave you the win because he basically did. Why should the 5 riders get punished for just 1 riders fault?.
-
And you my dear sir cannot read properly. Notice the lack of 'heat' and '15' so no I haven't said its a run off. I said it as a way of being fair to both teams. A run off between two riders from the teams. Also another way being a re run where Pontus gets excluded and fined but Morris who is innocent along with the four other Rebel riders still get a chance to win the trophy. I think I have a right to make these statments as thats two times this season the Monarchs have been handed the victory via a referee decision. I have no problem in Edinburgh winning no qualms at all just the mannerism in which it happened.
