Absolutely fantastic, Was a good meeting and massive credit to Sheffield who pushed us all the way, few jump starts but rode very well. You Tigers fans should be proud of them tonight.

We're not in America, we use them because of the name, the rebel flag, not the meaning. We've used it as our emblem for 16 years. Just because in America it means something shouldn't over here and shouldn't mean that we can't show our support for our team.

No apparently someone complained that it made them feel uncomfortable, my personal guess was Wells seeing as he is American, but can't say for sure. We complied but couldn't see what the fuss was about.

Wasn't there to cause trouble so took them down. Didn't know we were American though. Anyway credit Sheffield for fighting back but think we may have deserved a bigger lead. Jake was a little off tonight and Shanes and Branford deserved more. Wrighty and Starkey did their jobs. Josh and Rohan were good. For Sheffield wells and greaves didn't do a lot, bates and sissis got into the match as it went on. Robson did what was required but Howarth was their best rider and deserved rider of the season. Not over yet, half time 15 more to go.

I never said you did. On page 1 of this thread we were called a horrible team. I was replying to that post so as I said just because a guest acted like an idiot why should that deam Somerset a horrible team?

You're agreeing with a post where he is comparing a rider being injured to a rider being an idiot, Laughable. Bates acted like an idiot but how should that tarnish Somerset? Why should we be called a horrible team because of it? The only one who should be regarded as horrible is the instigators.

They have Identical averages. He may be an idiot but doesn't make us stronger on paper really. On that note i don't want him anywhere near the Somerset team again.

How did the dice roll our way, he was eligible and rode well, same as he did for you at Rye House. That is hardly the opposition going down to 4 riders. Anyway still proud of our top 4 keeping it tight and hope the injured riders are ok but looks like BWD will miss the season with a broken collarbone.

What Jorgensen and Bewley, hardly select side is it. Still had 5 riders. Glasgow really need to stop going on about Bewley, you used him at Rye and he scored 9. Jorgensen scored Jakes average so pretty like for like.

Rely on Wright and Starke???? Then why is the whole team the highest averaged team in the league? Why did we finish top of the league? Can't do that relying on two riders. Your bias against Somerset is unbelievable. BTW you forget we have beaten you this season at Derwent Park plus beaten Glasgow home and away.

Erm no seeing as I said I think we could beat you over two legs. Just other than Somerset you are the best team and i'm sure any smart manager would try and help you get second so they don't have to face you and perhaps get knocked out.

If the proper Starke and Grajczonek turn up and with Jake having seen borough park i'm sure we can beat Newcastle over two legs. Tbf Garry may have been shrewd anyway let them finish second then we don't have to face the Diamonds in the semi.

Apart from the fact that no other team could catch us anyway. I think it would be fair that the winner of the season should get something otherwise it is a tad unfair if they lose, seeing as it is a Premier League and not a Premier play- offs.

Why are Newcastle fans so deluded, your the same in football, we finished top and have been the best team all season. Why ride 24 meetings if it's just qualifications.
