The league becomes more worthless year on year. Sooner or later the back end will drop out and then what happens. I simply cannot see how they find a way out without reducing costs. Simple economics surely, if participants can afford to take part in a sport it simply has no future.

Absolutely, whilst it was good to win it for the first time in 30 years, the prize becomes more and more pointless as the years go by.

Congratulations to Leicester and it would be nice to see someone else win the league for a change. More importantly the powers that be need to find a way of saving this sport, and soon.

I agree. I bet a lot of Coventry, Cradley, Wolves, Peterborough, Swindon and Arena fans would like an 'average' season. This is not about us at Ipswich or any other team, it's about the sports survival now pure and simple.

Sheffield (publicly know of course) have lost heavily on the last couple of meetings and we know crowd figures have not been healthy at other tracks. Anyway I noticed in the Sheffield Star they were complaining about low attendances and significant losses at their last 2 home meetings. One day these owners may learn!

This league is pants, and the sooner it's back to basics and one league the better. All I will say is congratulations must go to Lynn on a 60 year wait for a first ever win at Sheffield.
