Stars v Panthers 01/09/22SteveLyric2 replied to Bald Bloke's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League I hope Lawson has solved his machinery issues that he experienced at Poole last night - unless he was testing stuff as well as dropping a chain on the start line!!!

Plymouth Gladiators 2022SteveLyric2 replied to jbell1995's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway I see the 13th September is reserved for play-offs in the Gladiators fixture list but I expect Plymouth are waiting to see what guests might be available before confirming. At least Hans' 9-day concussion absence will be over by then, as he's going so well at the Coliseum at the moment!

Great 18 point maximum for Bomber Harris at Middlo's Testimonial. So much quicker than anyone else including Doyle and Holder and Nicholls

Plymouth Gladiators 2022SteveLyric2 replied to jbell1995's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Garry May didnt think it was meaningless. He took a lap as a former Poole rider.

Not forgetting some great video messages from Darcy, Davey,Bjarne, Krysztov Cegelski and Kacper Woryna. Well done to Nigel (MMX Events), the Piratecast boys and all the other helpers. The Matt and Helen Ford reveal was brilliant. Also some really positive comments from the likes of Doyle, Holder, Harris and Kurtz about the Poole track surface being the best and smoothest its ever been.

Plymouth Gladiators 2022SteveLyric2 replied to jbell1995's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway So Poole to race on their regular Wednesday racenight against either Redcar or Scunny is fine with them. It's just Plymouth using bully boy tactics to object.....?

Plymouth Gladiators 2022SteveLyric2 replied to jbell1995's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Because the league play offs take precedence over the other competitions. Simples.. In any case it'll be difficult for Plymouth to lose tomorrow with the further injury to Redcars Charles Wright. So 6th place looks unlikely. Shame.
