Saw him flying around OTA when Swindon won there back in April. Bit of a hike from Swindon, over 140 mile round trip, and the dreaded M5 on an August Friday. Hope he doesn't score too many for BV. Would like a Zummerzet win.

Or what a battling unit Swindon are. -
Deserve a big crowd, hope weather is ok. Unbeaten since May! Best run for ten years.

Jorgensen for King.

Super Swindon look to make it 10 wins in a row and go top against bottom club Leicester. Guest for the injured Jase, and Nicholls and Tungate guest for Lions. Could hit 60. GO ROBINS!

KL the only team that Swindon haven't beaten, losing home and away, but I would take Swindon to win this comfortably to make it 9 in a row. Go Robins! -
The End Of The Poole Pirates?

Ooh ooh ooh to be ooh to be a Gooner! -
Cor Blimey Barry the Duke, was chatting to him in Homebase north Swindon the other day. Think he rode for the Robins in 1970. My fav memory of West Am was watching Bjorn Knutsson around 1964 after New Cross closed. Would say Fundin and Briggo best 2 riders I saw from the mid-60s. Can remember having my text read out on BBC London radio show on "Defunct London sports stadiums" a few years ago.

Swindon V Poole Thurs 27/07/
keef robin replied to Sidney the robin's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
The reason Poole lost was 4 riders Klindt, Kasparzak, Kurtz, Kerr, the K team, weren't riding, as they did when they drew on Easter Sunday. And Hansi was pretty poor as well. -

Agree I expected a close run more exciting match, probably the worst Poole team I've seen. They always used to set the bar and standards, sure they'll be back. Only 2 matches this season when they haven't hit 40 so well done to Swindon. -

It's not, the opposition turn up at this Wiltshire scrapyard set on a windswept hill, see the big track, and big, ugly, aggressive fans and stewards, and thats just the females, ugly bogs, and most are beaten before they start! Blunsdon Shabbey is a foreboding place, hell on earth.Surprised nobody has painted "Welcome to "Hell" on the wall. We don't want a nice shiny new stadium. -
Doyley and Morra 1-2 in averages.

It was all over by heat 6 27-9, Andersen had lost the black n white ride. A boxing match would have been stopped. Then sadly pretty boring after that hold-ups, crashes, rain. Hope Zach is ok.This Swindon team is bloody good, brutal, and ruthless, especially that Bellego. -

Don't be silly if you want good racing go to Zummerzet. Swindon fans just turn up to see the opposition get murdered, like the old Arsenal teams under George Graham. It ain't pretty to watch but its pretty effective. -
Yep gutted for the lad, improves with every meeting.Best wishes. The signing of Muesli has turned Swindon's season around. All round strength, and half of those 8 wins have been without Doyley!

This Shovlar geezer might think he's superior but at least the ex-Swindon fan put his head above the parapet and was one of the few Poole fans who showed up. We both forecasted a heavy defeat. The big Blunsdon crowd were noisy at the start but the match was over very early on and it quietened down. Great heat 1 win for Jase, and Latte in heat 13! But bloody Kennett is crap same as with Rye. Superb win for the Robins but sadly shows how the standard has fallen in top league. Would be angry and ashamed if I had made the trip up from the south. Didn't look like a Poole side. -

What a knobbing, Poole awful, felt sorry for the few Pirates fans there. Boring, too one-sided, too many re-runs, big crowd, 8 wins in a row, and the Swindon steam train rolls on, unstoppable. GO ROBINS!!! -
Good luck to Brizzle but we don't want too many folk from Wiltshire deserting The Blunsdon Shabbey!
