If a GP rider wins this, the first non GP rider should get the spot. Otherwise what’s the point? Madsen is currently the best rider in the world. Best rider, best bikes, means he wins. No point in offering a GP berth to the winner if the field already includes GP riders. How is that going to help up and comers?

If a rider like Kurtz cannot get a ride for his club, can Rybnik offer him a berth? He needs to earn a wage so cannot be refused by Leszno, surely?

Two rubbish Polish meetings today. Neither thrilling at all. Not sure why people have told Dave Goddard it could have been a last heat decider. Always likely to be the outcome, as was Leszno thrashing a woefully weak Rybnik. For a league of 8 teams which is the strongest in the world, a team like Rybnik should not exist.
