Didn’t realise Auty was at reserve. Thought it was Robson and Mountain. -

Yes I am well aware but really let’s be honest here. It would be a massive shock if Leicester managed to win. A different story next Monday against Somerset. -

True but Auty is injured, not riding. It won’t make much difference anyway. Result is foregone to be honest. -

Has to be r/r surely as they have Bellego for Wright. -
DC doing his utter best to deflect any talk away from his club who are massively falling apart at the seams this season.

Poole v Leicester. Prem B. Thursday 9/8/18

Because its a cancelled meeting being slotted in on a day of convenience for both clubs. Rye were due on Wednesday but as Leicester are riding at Swindon tomorrow Thursday was a good option, especially with a big crowd expected this time of year. Win win all round. -

Andersen and Nicholls in average manipulation mode to make their averages more attractive for next season? -

And meaning most of the time heats are won from the gate. Poole’s track over Saddlebow 365 days a year. -

Trouble is Saddlebow has been dire for a few years now. Buster has a lot to answer for. -

Only three points seperating five clubs. A real thriller of a season. -

You mean celebrating our victory? Surely that’s what competitive sport is all about? -

Smug? Where did you get that from? Just that if we meet in the playoffs I fancy our chances. We ride Kings Lynn better than Belle Vue. And will have a free practice just before the playoffs at your place. -

It should have been. Kings Lynn, though stronger now with the change, were dire at Poole, and only just beat us at home. Belle Vue blew this big time with a change of track from the norm and what looks like a manager cock up in heat 15. Rather have Lynn in the playoffs than Belle Vue so pleased tonight with that result. -

Have to agree. Tungate, seriously? When it really matters? Both Belle Vues top two went awol. -

Great result for Kings Lynn. Disaster for Belle Vue who look out of a playoff berth unless they can win a couple away. Belle Vue really should have won that. -

Sounding like they have might have cocked the track up. Loads of grading going on. When there’s a delayed start due to latecomers, I believe the meeting should still start on time. Very unfair on those that made it into the stadium before the allocated start time of 7.30. If a fan turns up at 7.30 it’s their fault they will miss some heats. -
And Poole got ridiculed last season with Eddie Kennett and others. As Matt and now Rosco has found out, there are no riders available.
-
Skidder might be able to find out.

Really? Do you know how much Poole fans donated last week for the SRBF? Plenty of £10 and £20 notes in the bucket.

Sensible move to fit this in. A spare week after the demise of Rye, and a big holiday crowd. What’s not to like? -
No that’s true, but he wanted to ride in every single meeting available anywhere. Hans is an older rider knowing he only has a short period left in the sport and is trying to make as much as he can, and rightly so. That means not taking undue risk which could put him out of action for a period. But it also means costing teams a win like Somerset at home last season.

They might possibly be able to bring in someone who is better around Poole than either of those two to make more of a meeting of it. -
Too many times last season Hans settled for the position he was at after the second bend. Rode within himself to stay safe an maximise earnings around all leagues with the minimal of risk (overtaking) hugged the inside all too often to be picked off.
-
Yes a strengthening move no doubt. Can’t help thinking if Poole had done this there would be pages slating us for disregarding a Brit though.

By two points on their home turf. What happened last week? Lynn are never going to win over two legs. They were rubbish at Poole. We could have scored 65 but for Harris clipping a kick board and falling and an ef.
