Balding is repulsive. I can't stand her mannerisms, her comentating, I don't see any redeeming features about her at all. Even worse than Gabby Logan and that's saying something. My point, which holds completely true, flies way above the intellect of Gavan. The ef in heat 14 cost us finishing top of the league. There can be no argument over this. It is a fact, not opinion.

Zagars ef means nothing to what I stated. That had all gone before and it was down to the last two heats. Poole were on a 5-1 in heat 14 which would have put us three behind going into heat 15. We got the 5-1 in heat 15 so the ef in heat 14 cost us the win and finishing top. It doesn't matter what happened ealier in the meeting. These are the facts.

Yes I think it derves some type of award trophy. The EL Champions most points scored. Lol.

I hope a prospective promoter will come forward to take over the running of the club next year. The need to change their race night to a Thursday.

Very easy win. Wonder what the score would have been had Hans been riding. He scored 14 in the A fixture and his replacement Tungate only scored paid 5. With Tungate riding every day this week has he run out of steam, or if not perhaps his bikes? So close to finishing top of the league. The ef in heat 14 the difference between Poole and Belle Vue. I truly believe the club that finishes top should recieve absolutely...........nothing other than the pick in the playoffs. Sponsors would be confused as to who is the champions. Why is it we have to suffer continuous abusive troll posts from this so called Ipswich fan Gavan on every Poole thread. I have blocked him weeks ago but now see every post as his trolling nonesense is quoted. But I suppose finally everyone else has finally woken up to this guys abusive claptrap. His hatred of all things Poole would be hilarious if it wasn't so sad. His aggresive postings and name calling render his posts meaningless. And he wonders now why no one will debate with him. Message to Gavan. Offering meak praise to a couple of riders then following it up with a tirade of abuse against posters will not help your cause as forum troll. All his bridges are burnt to the ground. As a troll he has no more bridges to lurk under. I will probably get some retort about me being a troll, when all I do is post on threads relating to my team, and giving my opinion on how we did or hope we are going to do. Because the team who finish top are not EL Champions, and by calling them so would devalue the league title and devalue the playoffs. Only the winner of the playoffs are called league champions. Why is it every club except Poole bleat on about this every year? Don't recall a single Poole fan bring this up when we finish top.

Jacobs at Poole won't score unless its gifted. Zagar was third when he had an ef. Holder 4th. To think we were so close to winning this tonight. If that ef hadn't happened we would have won by a point. Considering three of our team struggled big time I can only assume they would get better on their next visit, if there is one.

When Poole won the title a couple of years ago they suprised everyone by picking the team who had finished second. It would be a massive gamble for Belle Vue to pick Poole, considering we rode poorly tonight and only lost by 3. After the first halve dozen heats Poole started to get dialled in. Would Belle Vue risk us? I hope they would as I believe we would beat them over two legs. Got to say though there's no easy semi. If Belle Vue pick Swindon, then they have the worry that Swindon are riding on Wednesday so a freebpractice for setups. Perhaps its nice to to worry for a change and just try and beat who is put in front of us.

If Matt thinks Hans injury won't allow him to ride to his full potential, then he should not ride. Look at Zeilena Gora and Hampel. He came back and cost his team a place in the final.

I Said Zagar was in front of Holder when he had the ef. But I just doubt he would have stayed there due to the way Holder was riding tonight. Would have needed a gargantuan effort from Zagar and he didn't show that type of form tonight. Thought the crowd was decent for a Monday meeting on Sky.

Agree it was a good meeting racing wise. The place should be packed not the grandstand a third full. With racing like that it should not be difficult to do.

So Poole need to win at Kings Lynn tomorrow night to secure second in the league. Well worth it as, firstly, it gives us the second leg of the semi, and secondly, should Belle Vue fail to qualify for the final, it would give us the second leg of the final.
