After Swindon's thumping of Kings Lynn on Thursday all roads lead to Blunsdon for the ELB fixture on Monday night, live on Sky. Forecast seems ok with an overcast day. It's a must win meeting for both sides. Swindon, to keep up their hopes of beating Lakeside to the final playoff berth, and Poole, to keep up some pressure on league table toppers Belle Vue. Poole should be full strength. I am unsure if Swindon are using a guest for Charles Wright. Poole. Holder Ellis Buckowski Kurtz Andersen Pedersen Newman Should be a thriller with the Robins possibly just edging it with the impressive form of Doyle, Morris, Tungate and Josh G. But no more than 4 in it and at least a point to Poole.

Pairman? Don't bring Poole into this mess. Feel desperately sorry for the travelling fans. A hell of a way to go. To answer another current thread, yes Belle Vue DO NEED TRACK COVERS. It would have saved this meeting. -

Clearly the Belle Vue promotion. They had three choices. Two were correct, one was wrong. Call off early? Correct call. Keep it on but start work on the track at 4.30? Correct call. Start blading the track at 8 pm? Bad bad call and desperation. Meeting postponed. -

How desperate are BV to get this meeting on? Are they running out of dates? -

Is it off? Edit. Just seen the photo on updates. What a mess they have made. Why didn't they start this at 4.30 when it stopped raining? Seen this exact scenario a few years ago at Lynn. After watching the blade go round for 90 minutes it was announced that the meeting was off. Are the track staff at Belle Vue capable of turning this around? -
Kings Lynn V Swindon 18/8

There was virtually nomovertaking the week before either. Lambert made the only true passes, the others being rider error. Kings Lynn track is getting on par with Leicester. -

Good news too. So instead of calling in at Wolves on the way home we head for Leicester. A big 8 point day. (Hopefully!) Lets hope the weather is better than forecast tomorrow. -

Swindon have done enough now regardless of Monday. Good win. Do us a favour and turn Belle Vue over for us will you?😏🤗🤓 -

Weather permitting see you there Jonny. -
If you take a look at his last 30 posts ( dont bother even I wouldn't do that) its just pure hatred and aggression. He has been following my posts around with his standard troll troll troll line, not realising the irony of his posts! I have in the past tried to have a reasoned discussion with him but it's impossible, hense the reason I finally stuck him on block. Yet still he follows my posts around posting the same inane drivel. Look how he has made. Fool of himself on this thread? He just doesn't seem capable of noticing what he is doing. The only thing is now I chose not to read it! The guy has nothing to say, nothing to debate, nothing to add to any reasoned argument. Just abuse and. Tone of posting to get peoples back up. Really he needs to apologise to everyone on here for his posting behaviour and then go to a doctor to see if he can get on a course in anger management.

Perhaps the reason he doesn't want to divulge the exact reason is simply because it will not shine a very good light on him.

Poole Reaction To Tai
Steve Shovlar replied to poolebolton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Wouldn't alter anything myself. We made the right change ealier with Watty being replaced and no one has let us down other than the occassional meeting. If we don't win it with this lineup we can always next try again next year. -
Perhaps its to do with no I in team as well.

Nothing worse than having weather uncertainty on the day of the meeting with a six hour round trip. Guess we will have to wait and see. Not leaving until 4 pm so should have a reasonable idea by then. -
Absolutely good news. But what is a shame is, just as in this country, someone is accused of a sex crime and all over the press, and when proved innocent, their image is tarnished.
