  1. As we are between homes I currently don't have Sky so wondered if there are any pubs in the Poole/Sturminster area showing the GP. If anyone knows could they please post here otherwise its just updates for me. Cheers
  2. Just heading out of Cardiff after a fantastic day. Well done Noddy what a win. Well done KK and Toninio. Brilliant being a Pirates fan tonight. Holder clearly the most popular rider there tonight after the Brits.
  3. Just next to the main entrance. There's usually a long queue. We buy the cheapest seats possible, if not from a tout then from the box office. Then move after 4 heats to a better location!
  4. He didn't spit at the camera. The camera would have been yards away from him. And don't you think the cmeraman might have asked him to even do it to capture that moment?
  5. Considering it was a fairly sparce crowd with the home team riding, I think it should be done away with. Sweden wouldn't have been there on merit.
  6. Holder very good in defeat. Pretty good meeting though not as good as the first two of the series. Think the joker needs to be abolised or altered. Ref should have excluded Pedersen and that would have stopped the young Dane doing the same. 5 riders and 25 heats has to be better, with t/r's allowed but no jokers. Well done to Denmark. A couple of very good youngsters coming through.
  7. Well done to the danes. Shame the joker ruined it but they would have won it if they had played it straight.
  8. Clever from the Danes but Pedersen should be excluded for not racing.
  9. Last race the best one. Either Denmark or the Aussies. Watt looks a very weak link for the Aussies tonight. Reckon that could swing it to the bacon heads.
  10. You didn't see a wink on my post because I was serious. I have absolutely nothing against Scottish people at all. But an awful lot of them have this "anyone but England" chip on their shoulders and Murray is one of them. He would never get my support. Anyway back on topic and Come on England, lets beat those convicts on the first of August like we did last time!
  11. Not controversial at all. I reckon I speak for millions of Englishmen. Nothing wrong with Murray being a Scot, but to say "anyone but England", was enough to alienate himself from many English, and his demeanor is dull as dishwater. One of the most boring sportsmen in the UK.
  12. Not for me. He is a jock and an extremely dull and dour one at that. He would never get my support after his comments a while back about England. Cheered Federer all the way.
  13. A couple of the Brits have been poor. Nicholls and King. So slow compared to riders they should be beating.
  14. We are getting slower in every heat. Franc looked so much faster. Heads have dropped.
  15. Poole have lost a couple of meetings due to the weather but still have dates available to use. Rather have this than no meeting. Fans will come and pack the place out. Holiday season as well so expect lots of first timers to the track to see the Turbo Twins. And hopefully a England victory. ( rather than the pathetically named TeamGB)
  16. You really do come across as a sad git. So Poole organise a stunning looking fixture and you want to crap on it? Why on earth is Matt Ford a joke? What is wrong with the Euro League? The place will be packed out. Hope you don't bother to come.
  17. That is just not true. Whilst the racing was good tonight, I have seen just as good if not better meetings this year at Poole. And I am sure Panthers fans will stick up for their track as well.
  18. Where have I mentioned Poole, although to be honest we are lucky to see racing like that virtually every week on another very good race track. Again I haven't mentioned Poole, and of course if this had been at Poole the result would have been a foregone conclusion. I'll believe it when I see it. And it could end up like Leicester's track. ZZZzzzzzzz!
  19. Probably one of the first times he has been booed. Hardly a bad move and just a racing incident but all it really did was wind Holder up enough to do it again without touching. Middlo and the boys did us all proud tonght but I still think an EF is not acceptable and the two we had tonight cost us the win.
  20. Don't be silly. He was by far the best rider on display tonight and is lining up nicely now to take the title. Just wish we could find a rider to fill the 4th berth to give us a very good chance. Poland are struggling with two out and Denmark are trying out the youngsters. If we can cut out throwing away silly points with EF's we stand a chance.
